I said before (and will say again) I honestly think this "expert" is the very best the DT could do. Given the hideous crime, changing stories and cold, unremorseful demeanor of the perpetrator, I think everyone other expert who might have interviewed her backed slooooowly out of the cell and said "Mr. Nurmi, you've got yourself a genuine sociopath for a client here. No thanks."

I believe the judge asked the jury to be there by 10am and not that court would start at that time. Usually they start at 10:30.
