When I saw this trial was scheduled to go until April I giggled. Now I realize it's not a laughing matter.

the pros asked him about withholding the amendment from the State. He said he did it in Dec '12.

I do not believe witnesses can attend court once they are under subpoena. I think the person you are referring to is the mitigation specialist?

I thought I noticed her "practicing" writing with her right hand. Maybe she's anticipating a question re the broken left finger ... and showing no change in penmanship in her diary two days later (Jan24th journal entry).
