JB is a slimy shark-and he is good at what he does. He is in the league with the worst of the worst (Geragos, DP Dream Team, OJ's Dream Team). I would LOVE to see Juan take on Baez! It would be so interesting.

I know that we need Defense Attorneys, it's part of the CRIMINAL Justice system, but you forgot the one I personally hate: Joe "The Shark" Lopez

There's so much detail about Jodi's interaction with Travis' friends/Family immediately after the crime. What was Jodi doing or interacting with when she went home to Yreka? There's a whole faction of time missing.

Someone Please enlighten me as to why the DT feels that this diagnosis of PTSD is so freaking important! I am just not getting this.

You know I did base that on the scoring from the test as 2nd or 3rd highest score but silly me that was based on the Ninja story maybe I should have waited for Dr S's new test to draw my conclusions..

Yeah I'm totally down with Cluster B really feeling BPD or NPD & add a dash of Histronics in for good measure..(wow feel like I'm making psychopath pie :floorlaugh:)

That was my "diagnosis" as well, internet psych guru that I am! :great:

Hi WS Crew! I have missed you! I am late to getting on the Jodi Arias trial.......what is this "little ninja" story that has been referenced here?

The inability to sleep in jail helps her meet the criteria for PTSD on that section - After the killing.

The lack of memory of the trama helps her meet the criteria for PTSD also - After the test was taken.

So basically she NOW has PTSD after the killing. So what's the point?

no doubt! he administered the test based on her ninja theory then added stuff after she changed her story, oops, i mean he screwed up when he put it together, no wait, that doesn't make sense... :floorlaugh:

I promise I'm trying, but just can't catch up to you guys, dangit! I don't know if anybody else gave their opinion since page 17 (sad but true, that's where I am reading right now) but I feel pretty sure that it was a pencil that she stuck in the folder. The shot of her during the sidebar seems to show 2 pencils, but there is only 1 after she moves the folder. My apologies if this has already been settled.

I'm much better versed with aspd and npd. To me, she'd be lacking the necessary requirement of anxiety in social situations. I haven't seen much evidence of that. And she very closely fits many knowns of Cluster B disorders but...

I am fully convinced she's a psychopath regardless of what her particular diagnosis actually is. She could easily be schizotypal and psychopathic...or borderline and psychopathic...or any makeup of several disorders.

IMO, JA breaks the mold of any defined disorder; she is in a league of her own.

In the end, does it really matter what kind of disorder she may have?

Bottom line is this woman has no morals, no conscience and has savagely murdered a man she knew well.

I have no doubt in my mind that she is capable of killing again.

I think that the jury is going to decide that his 'psychological testing' is just a Mickey Mouse Clown show. He based his 'professional diagnosis' upon this pathological liar REPORTING to him the 'symptoms' she had. She couldn't sleep, she had intrusive thoughts, she had a foreboding sense, and could not love others...bla bla bla. ALL ACCORDING TO HER. Oh yes, and according to her, she couldn't remember the troubling incident. :liar: :liar: :jail: :jail: :jail: :liar:

The best part of all of this is that his report was based on her lies!
And the unbelievable part? Wilmott acted like she didn't know!

Well if we learned anything today I think it is how far complete imbecile can get in our society.

Unfortunately I didn't need this trial to show me that. I have had that one figured out for yrs. LOL

Wilmott's late.

Snickering mommy and auntie are collaborating on a book/movie deal...The Devil I spawned

I'd be there in court everyday to support my child, but I'd be expressing my sorrow and asking for forgiveness for my child to the other family. "self-defense", ahem or not. Reminds of a case on ID Channel where a guy killed these two older women for money, obsessed with a stripper that was conning money out of him, way in debt...Mom figured it out from cops running info on TV...she called the cops, "I am so sorry, so sorry he did this but I think my son did this." Former military, never been in trouble...sorta like Jodi but Mom KNEW.
Imho, mom and aunt know much about Jodi that they aren't telling. Shameless.

Their excuse for why she shouldn't get the death penalty.

::::::: SIIIIIIIGH :::::::banghead:

I just do NOT get it!!

After alllll of this, NOW the succubus is claiming that she began to suffer from her fake PTSD *after* and as a result of butchering Travis.

I do not and would not care if she began to suffer from PTSD after and as a result of butchering Travis or if she began to suffer Cancer as a result of the murder. I would not care if she broke her neck falling down the steps on her way out of the house and became a paraplegic or if she ran head-on into a concrete overpass as she was sneaking out of Arizona with Travis' bodily fluids still on her back as she rushed to Utah to hop in bed with Ryan.

NONE of the following occurrances or anything similar mitigate or have anything in the world to do with the atrocies she committed to Travis nor does it excuse her vile, vindictive continued attack on Travis' memory and charachter and his grieving family. She begged for a plea deal, to plead guilty of 2nd degree but Juan Martinez refused it and her response was that if she was made to go to trial that she would throw Travis under the bus, to say the very worst things imaginable about him and kill him all over again.

Along with re-traumatizing his family, she has insulted, diminished and done a great disservice to TRUE victims of domestic violence, true victims of sexual assault, victims of pedophila, people who genuinely struggle every day with PTSD, she has insulted heroes like our military service members and police officers. She is nastier than scum. She makes scum look like whipped cream with sprinkles.

Maybe now that Death Row resident Debra Milke's conviction has been overturned, "ma'am" with the cold, dead, black, evil shark eyes can move up a notch on her date with the needle.:furious:

Samuels tried to ask a question of the judge and she told him he can't talk to her directly. That white noise machine is going to overheat!
