Just one example, yesterday a poster made a comment on Juan voice reminding him/her of Eminem My reply was that his voice reminded me of Pee Wee Herman. I was not saying I felt he looked like or acted like, however mine was deleted in seconds. Quite sure a Juanette may have been offended and reported, hardly see how not liking the tone of ones voice goes against TOS. Someone could have taken offense to sounding like Eminem.

What a lucky day to accidentally sleep all morning. I must have been pretty tired because I can't usually nap during the day!

My DH made a good point a few weeks ago, he saw the shower pics.

He said there is no way TA sat down in that shower (same size as we have), DH is 5'9" 184 lbs and said he would never do it.

Also said, look at his home, do you think he would sit down in any shower especially at the end of the shower. He felt TA was immaculate in his home and person.

Lastly, he said he didn't feel the pictures were posing, he feels TA might have been reflecting on himself once again "slipping." And DH feels the shower door was closed in all the pics except the showing his lower body.

Anyway, those are my DH's thoughts.

Since court hasn't started yet, here's a true story.

I have a bunch of heart problems and see a cardiologist every couple of months. The last time I saw him, as I'm leaving he says, "The nicest people always seem to have the hardest time. I have several patients who are a reall piece of work and they seem to do just fine." Those were his actual words. So I said, "Then if I become a total *****, will I get better?" He said it was worth a try.

So my comment was part of my efforts to heal myself. :floorlaugh:

Strangely, this story is not totally off topic. Jodi will never have heart problems.

Everyone that was interviewed or asked about JA had a common theme. Socially awkward around people in groups. If you notice, she doesn't really have the typical girlfriends that most all women have. She doesn't seem to have any social skills at all. But NOW that she has viciously murdered Travis, she has friends from all around the world. People sending her notes, money, encouragement and even a fan club. Perhaps it is the generation we now live in with all the computers, Iphones- Ipads but it just sickens me. I wonder how many loyal fans she would have if it were their brother/son/uncle/newhew that she viciously slaughtered?

sidebar: All JA ever had going for her were her looks. Women did not want their husbands around her. The reason is obvious. Men are very visual. JA has always played her seduction card. EVEN, back when Det. Flores was interviewing her. Remember when he left the room and Jodi did her famous yoga move? She knew he was watching her. That position she was in was clearly suductive. Like look at me, I am very "bendy"...If you quit asking me questions I'll even let you feel/grope my $300.00 implants. ARRGGGG
That's how she gets men like Gus and Bigger Gus to like/want/say anythig for her. Thats how she has gotten by in life. It's her looks. She never had or needed social skills.
That didn't work on Flores or JM though!

I was trying to keep a list of Jodi's lies as they were disproven through evidence --- but I gave up about a day after Juan started cross because they were just too numerous to keep track of any longer.

I thought about doing it but it seemed to overwhelming. I'd like to see her lies with the later added on bits as they're added on. Does that make sense?

I put the video to full screen Mit lady puts paper on table and Arias mother slips it under her hand. Very sneaky but very visible.

But 'member...the cameras are ordinarily turned off by this point and...the Judge and jurors were out of the room. So not sure who this would've been 'visible' to!? It certainly doesn't look like a normal exchange or gesture to me. I don't like the laid-backness in this courtroom. I'm surprised they're not selling popcorn and teeshirts in the lobby!

The fact that Jodi Arias isn't in shackles bothers me too. She's a confessed cold-blooded murderess pretending to have amnesia for god-sake! What if she comes to and gets' her 'memory' back during these proceedings and goes postal on everyone? (end sarcasm).

She should be forced to SIT THERE and have Travis' autopsy photos as a screen saver during this entire trial. I resent that she's allowed to doddle, put things in her mouth, drink water, maneuver notebooks and pass notes!!!

This isn't a trial where someone is innocent until proven guilty. She IS guilty by her own admission! Ugh!!! She should be treated like a criminal!

This trial seems extremely 'laxed to me. Maybe I'm just too passionately pissed at the brutality of this crime, the bogus 'new and improved' defense, the media-attention she's gotten and the way this court is handling things?

It is crazy. JA is not even a resident of AZ and the taxpayers are having to pay her legal fees. I wonder how much taxes JA paid to the state when she lived there???? If AZ does not have a state income tax, please ignore my question. Makes me sick that tax money is wasted on trash.

No we have income tax & Phx we have sales tax 9.3% stadium tax food tax travel tax on hotels rental cars & I think luxury tax of some kind... only plus side to taxes we reservations all around for tax free cigarettes :floorlaugh:

Thanks for sharing your DH's thoughts on the case. I wish mine were able to watch more of the trial, but he does show an interest and listens in his car on the way home from the office.

Our shower is probably the same size as Travis' also, and neither of us would ever sit down. We have an oversize tub for that purpose as did Travis. It's a pain in the :butthead: to clean and is rarely used.
