Do you think they were able to go over the questions with Samuels?? I thought the only reason they were discussed with Arias was to "aid in her defense". Is that correct?

Is there a certain question y'all would like to hear from the jury tomorrow? One that I'm curious about this quack is when he heard JA's initial claim that the two people came into the house and she "thought" that Travis was being attacked, but yet, she was on her knees being held by one of the invaders with a gun to her head, said she got away from him and her adrenalin allowed her to "ESCAPE" and run down the stairs and out of the house.
Doctor normally would ask her "Did you run out of the house screaming for help?". Or, "Did you contact the authorities or run to a neighbor and say, hey, Travis is in trouble - We were just attacked by intruders"?!

Doc S has given JA a get of jail free card for everything said and every test question answered prior to giving him and the DT jodiversion3.0.

The bedding was washed earlier in the afternoon, so if she used a sheet, she took it with her.

Exactly! And the forged letters she or her mom wrote pretending to be Travis are further proof that she has no respect for the truth or the law. Everything she has said are lies and there's no proof because they never happened.

It's too bad the jury can't know that she did that without having to see the letters.

I don't care what you're charged with or what penalty you're facing, you're guaranteed a right to a fair trial. That does NOT mean you can lie, cheat, steal, perform slight of hand tricks, and manipulate evidence in order to avoid a guilty verdict.

Isn't it far more likely that someone who stabbed another to death would have repetitive and intrusive thoughts of this action rather than having amnesia of that event?

Isn't it true that one of the MOST common symptoms of PTSD are reoccurring nightmares of the traumatic event?

Isn't it true that you told the court that Jodi did not have nightmares?

When I lived in Los Angeles, I made friends with a number of adult film actors. JA wasn't even close. For all the attention she's received, she reads alien and oddly asexual to me.

I felt sorry for TA too- he seemed almost...naive. That might sound strange, given what he said during the phone call, but he came across as someone trying to feign more experience than he had.

I didn't watch the entire trial but was under the impression that the laundered camera with the SIM card was found in the washer with sheets. What was in the washing machine along with the camera?

And to think her mom did this after knowing those letters were forgeries. Her moms behavior in the courtroom has been bazaar! Considering her daughter could be facing the DP.

"that side" is everyone who can't squeeze themselves in between Travis's family/friends and the media-all on the left. There are LOTS of people on the right side who are observers, and have been from the beginning. The person who appears on Dr. Drew is on the right (Arias) side all the time.
