True Bombshell: I just caught it on HLN After Dark- this woman Clancy Talbot says Jodi physically blocked the doorway to prevent her from leaving!!! WOW! I wonder if Juan knew about this episode- Jodi staked her claim on Travis- "he's MY man" type conversation!!!

OMG - She also just said that TA had about 30 guests at his house one night and he told JA that there was not room for her. TA evidently slept in his office and Jodi would not go away and slept under his Christmas tree when she claimed to somebody that she slept on the couch.

What I'm hoping is in the jurors' question jar:

Isn't it far more likely that someone who stabbed another to death would have repetitive and intrusive thoughts of this action rather than having amnesia of that event?

Isn't it true that one of the MOST common symptoms of PTSD are reoccurring nightmares of the traumatic event?

Isn't it true that you told the court that Jodi did not have nightmares?

Isn't it true that Transient Global Amnesia is a diagnosis that should be made after MEDICAL EXCLUSION of epilepsy, transient ischemic attack, migraine, drug use, alcohol use, brain tumor, HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (lol), autoimmune reaction, brain inflammation, degenerative brain disease, and aneurism?

Are you a medical physician, osteopathic physician, a professional Physicians' Assistant, or a Nurse Practitioner?

If not, do you realize that you are NOT qualified to diagnose Transient Global Amnesia as this is a diagnosis only given after a long list of MEDICAL conditions have been medically ruled out?

Isn't it true that confabulation is a common symptom of patients who state they have amnesia?

What precisely does it mean that Jodi had a MCMI score of 60 for antisocial which includes aggression?

Isn't it true that if Jodi WASN'T aggressive, she would have scored much lower for antisocial on the MCMI assessment?

Two days ago, did you not tell the court that Jodi was a pacifist?

Please tell us about every other ethics violation you have had in every state.

Please tell us if you have been professionally disciplined by any state or professional organization.

If so, why were you disciplined?

This is so good. Thanks.

Have you guys been listening to the people who knew Travis and jodi talking on Dr. Drew and Nancy Grace?

I really hope we hear some more of these stories. What a wacky stalker.

The State requested the originals so that the COULD be examined, JA refused. Guess they weren't that important.

Just to be clear, JA could have produced the originals if she had them and felt so strongly that they would help her case.
If JA knew the letters to be genuine, she would have handed them over immediately.

Instead, she wanted the 'copies' that she received 'somehow' from 'someone' (both of which she refused to disclose) to be admitted into evidence anyway, even though it seems pretty clear that they didn't indicate any evidence of abuse.

She first mentioned these letters within days of her 2010 change in defenses.

Guess JA knew they weren't genuine, or didn't find them important enough to produce if they were. Ball is/was in her court on this.

Good info. Thanks.

That story was so outer limits. Can you imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for EVERYONE there? It makes me cringe to think about it.

Didn't the paid doc say that he used "letters" as part of his diagnosis? Were these the letters he was referring to?

OK WS'rs give me your thoughts......This has been REALLY bugging me..
To begin...
Two photos of TA in the shower

#1 pic) TA looking into camera in shower
#2 pic) TA sitting in shower without head in pic

#1 pic) 5:29:20
The shower seems to be ON as there is obvious water running over his face

#2 pic) 5:30:30
Looks to me as if the shower has been turned OFF.
I see residue water on the floor but really nothing to speak of on his body.
TA's body looks dryer than i would expect if the shower were on.
I do not see running water in that pic.

With that said...
Who turned the shower off?

TA is sitting..... Could he reach that high to turn it off from that position?
Or....
Did she turn it off and create the perfect opportunity to better aim at stabbing him directly in the heart?

1 min 10 secs between shots #1 & #2.
the next shot, is the ceiling @ 5:31:14 - 44 seconds later

This is when he defends himself thus the camera takes to the floor

I really believe THE ONE intentional place she planned to stab him was...

In his heart.

Jodi went to extremely meticulous measures to carry out TA's killing...
The way SHE wanted it to be remembered.

And how does Jodi preserve treasured moments?
With photography.

Jodi intentionally had TA pose in a specific way....

With his hands over his heart ..

THAT was the very first shower photo

And THAT means pre-meditation.

Excellent analysis. Since you have an analytical bent, I'd like to ask you what you think JA was doing in the 1 minute 16 seconds after the shot of her dragging TA's bloody body at 5:32:16 and the pic at 5:33:32? Whether that photo shows JA dragging his body or if that's merely her shoe shown in that pic, I'd like to hear your theory.

She did not count on the shot knocking him over but not killing him immediately. When he groaned and stumbled to his knees (on all fours) she was horrified that he was not dead, and then terrified that the gun jammed.

That's when she went for the knife. By the time she returned with the knife, knowing that she had passed the "point of no return" and HAD to complete the original plan, he had pulled himself up over the sink. Notice the wet (blood + water) stains at the edge of the sink, while he was coughing up blood as it drained through his sinuses, and was spurting onto the dry sink.
Two different medical examiners expressed the belief that the 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" stab wound to the heart was first. Both said a gunshot would have caused hemorrhaging inside the brain had he been alive, not just along the path of the bullet but the force it would have made upon the surrounding soft area of the brain.

I find Dr. Horn's medical opinion that she stabbed him in the heart compelling. Her rage was up close and personal and she wanted him to suffer. I also doubt there would have time for her to "go get a knife." IMO she had it with her the whole time. It was precisely because of the wound to the heart and the chondrocostal junction--extremely painful and debilitating, that he was spitting up blood almost as soon as he got to the sink, gasping for breath, unable to defend himself.

It all happened much too fast for her not to have had both the knife and the gun with her the whole time, imo.

Well, if Arizona works the same way as Florida, it may not mean a hill of beans. jmo

Would hope Martinez or family could file an ethics claim against him so that if he is ever hired by a defense team again, he isn't able to use these same tatics against another indivisual.

I picture JA under the tree singing "Christmas carols" lol

according to court minutes:
Handwriting expert Rosemary Urbanski examined the letters and issued a report. (BAM)

(Respectfully snipped)

Yesss! Heck, I was looking for this! Thank you!

Ms. Urbanski was on the DT witness list - I wonder if she still is. :waitasec:

Questions I hope the jury scribbled on college rule:

Will a duck walk like a duck and talk like a duck in a fog?

Does the jail allow Abreva?

Do you think Duke will be in the Final 4?

Will the law of attraction allow the jury to personally execute Miss Arias?

Everyone was fleeing from Jodi...
Poor Nurmi was like the sickly calf in a large hurd runing from a cheetah.
He had no chance.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Thank you. The mental image you just put in my head will keep me giggling for days!

Why can't the jurors know about this?

She was apparently on the prosecution witness list but not called. Someone, I think one of the Katydids had a very astute observation earlier that she probably wasn't called due to concerns about questioning on cross, (e.g. So how much would you say you had to drink that evening? etc.)

hmm maybe JA was popping Zovirax?
