OMG - She also just said that TA had about 30 guests at his house one night and he told JA that there was not room for her. TA evidently slept in his office and Jodi would not go away and slept under his Christmas tree when she claimed to somebody that she slept on the couch.

And... she declared herself his girlfriend in front of all these people, and Travis said, "No she's not!"

Would hope Martinez or family could file an ethics claim against him so that if he is ever hired by a defense team again, he isn't able to use these same tatics against another indivisual.

Unfortunately, this guy would just re-invent himself. He has a colorful history. Perhaps he should just stay home and play golf. lol
Seriously, there would be just another "hired gun" to replace him. We need to take a serious look at our legal system. I just don't think it will happen in my lifetime.

She was apparently on the prosecution witness list but not called. Someone, I think one of the Katydids had a very astute observation earlier that she probably wasn't called due to concerns about questioning on cross, (e.g. So how much would you say you had to drink that evening? etc.)

:seeya: I tell ya, I am getting so disgusted with this trial :furious: I have so much to say and don't even know where to begin ... so I will keep it short and simple right now :

I really for feel Mr. Martinez, and Det. Flores, who has worked so hard for Justice for Travis ... and I really feel for Travis Family, having to sit there and watch this farce of a trial ... Seriously, it is a mockery of the judicial system ! They have waited for Justice for years, and they are watching a "circus" ... complete with clowns and side shows !

I am so disgusted right now ... so much of these shenanigans should have NEVER EVER been allowed !

I cannot wait to hear the jury questions tomorrow for this so-called expert, and I can't wait for Mr. Martinez to rip into him again :great:

If I say any more, I will be on vacation ... lol !

That's what they are saying. Saw it on Nancy Grace and also found a link to the video upthread somewhere. I could not make out even one person in the iris of Travis's eye, either on my TV or my computer, so I dunno. I'm very skeptical about it.

For one thing, if Jodi had another person there assisting her in killing Travis she would have rolled over on that other person for a plea deal.

If the prosecution denied her a plea deal we would have 2 people on trial for the murder of Travis Alexander.

There's no way we have another suspect waiting for trial in the murder of Travis Alexander because that could never be kept under wraps from the public. Somebody would leak that info to the Press in a heartbeat.

IMO, so I'm just not buying it.

... I find Dr. Horn's medical opinion that she stabbed him in the heart compelling. Her rage was up close and personal and she wanted him to suffer. I also doubt there would have time for her to "go get a knife." IMO she had it with her the whole time. It was precisely because of the wound to the heart and the chondrocostal junction--extremely painful and debilitating, that he was spitting up blood almost as soon as he got to the sink, gasping for breath, unable to defend himself.

It all happened much too fast for her not to have had both the knife and the gun with her the whole time, imo.

I'd like to see someone re-enact that theory where a muscled man is seated in a shower with his arms up on his knees, blocking access to the heart, and a woman Jodi's size going in for the kill with a knife and not getting disarmed immediately. Impossible. IMHO.

I would love to see all theories re-enacted and timed. With a wet barefoot male of Travis' size, a clothed lady of Jodi's size, and the closet reproduced accurately with a prop gun placed 9 feet up and about 8 - 10" deep on a resting shelf rated for 40 lbs. And a stopwatch.

Doctor on Dr. Drew showed the type of knife he thinks Jodi stabbed Travis with. OMG! 1 1/2 inch blade! Huge! I hadn't seen it before and was not imagining a knife nearly that big!

Tomorrow as the court goers come into court I think they should all be given an airsick bag as a precaution. We can't afford to lose another day in court!

IMO it would have had to be a triangular blade in order to inflict wounds of 1 1/2", 1 1/4", 1", and 3/4", all of which were mentioned in the autopsy. The blade would have to be long enough to inflict a wound 5 3/4" deep. The autopsy report also mentions two triangular pieces of bone the knife chipped from the skull.

A small chef's knife with a 6" or 6 1/2" blade would fill the bill.

But his last seated pose shows his heart exposed, doesn't it? Try getting up from sitting on the floor crammed in a shower and see how long it takes. I tried it twice. You can't get up instantly. IMO the ceiling shot was snapped when she was still holding the camera and he was pushing back. Detective Melendez testified the camera was at least 2 or 3 feet above the floor when that photo was snapped. And right-side up, so I submit Jodi was holding the camera at that time and had already stabbed him at least once.

At some point in the trial or after, can they file more charges against Jodi. I'm thinking that they could get her on tampering with a witness. Think magazines with the coded message.
