Wow. I think I just witnessed Jodi mocking either someone from the jury or someone else in court to Willmot. She even mouthed the words, "He did like that" before exhibiting the motion to Willmot (a side to side motion with her whole body). They then both laughed and JA proceeded to whisper into Wilmott's ear again.

Yes this!!!! Again she does this...She thinks she's got an admirer!!!! Spew...

I agree, he seems the first-rate professional and I don't think for a minute he was really checking her out...more it was almost like he was exasperated by whatever she was babbling about with the judge and just looked away and at her... they were all stadning so close so it could have looked that way

Yes, absolutely. But they are not called mitigation specialists.

This is true. I'm frankly surprised we don't see a Andrea Lyon type of attorney on board in this case. She's going to need one.

I think Juan looks at her in a wtf kind of way. ;)

Yes, the grandparents reported it, along with the DVD player.

May 28th, not sure tho....4 guns were available for stealing in "gun cabinet" with ammo, but only the .25 was stolen, loose change left alone also.

As much as we are frustrated with the incredibly slow pace of this trial, imagine how Travis's family feels!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh is right! And for such a compassionate guy, the good 'doctor' seems to have none for Travis's family. Mischaracterized his statements, please!

Jodi dresses to look like Wilmott, speaks like Samuels, and the content of her speech is probably Nurmi - I guess it could be worse - if was the other way around!

omg! did anyone else catch this? so-with that last approach, JW was talking to the judge quite intently, and for a long time-while doing so, it did appear that JM kind of checked her out so to speak.......ok, so when JW goes back to table, that's the very first thing Arias tells her....she smiles and tells JW that JM was checking her out and then JW smiled too!

wth!...this is a DP case....old habits die hard for JA if that's what's on her mind at this point

ok I just rewound the footage and he was not checking her out at all. At one point he looked at her when she was speaking, briefly at her face and then back at the judge and that was it. jmo
And he watched Nurmi and JW talking about an exhibit or something.

No, mitigation specialists are not normally attorneys. Normally they have some kind of social work background, although often they are also paralegals.

I doubt there's any mitigating factors to warrant saving her evil soul from the death penalty.

She isn't married; she doesn't have any children; she doesn't have any friends to speak of, except ex-cons; her familial relationships are strained at best, and she and her mother do not get along.

Did I miss anything?
