Got out of a training early, zipped to the store to pick up some wine for later and zipped home thinking I'd be late for the start of court today. I should have known I had nothing to worry about!

I guess they will just get the jury seated then will have the lunch break--and everyone wonders why this trial is taking so long.

I don't get why they don't meet earlier than the start of trial to go over all the questions like they did last time??? So much wasted court time.:rocker:

I JUST got a call for a job offer. Which I took. I start Monday!!!! 7 minutes away from home. In accounting. What I love to do! :great:

So I will be missing some of the trial. But with the time difference (I am in NY) I shouldn't be missing too much. There's always youtube and of course I can always see all the comments from here to get a good feel of what's going on!

BRAVO....good for you. In this job market this is wonderful news. :great:

:floorlaugh: I can actually picture Nurmi back there with the controller going back and fourth, biting his tongue hanging out of the side of his mouth.

My wife thinks I'm nuts when I tell her that men and women are wired differently. You definitely see my side of the argument.
