PTSD is not a "get out of jail free" card. Nice.

So the defense must have finally complained about the Ribbons to the Judge.

Horrendous.

Jodi complained about the ribbons I am sure. She has been staring down the family all week because Julie, Travis' friend is in court. She has no heart and is doing everything possible to make life miserable for this family. What a horrible horrible person. JMO

He practiced his answers allnight.

Why is jodi wearing a jacket over her arm these past days?

She is hiding the lines, that they are getting ready to give her the needle through.

  • #629
Ahhh. He can't say she didn't lie.

Willmott really angers me. She came out of chambers all giddy, and told Jodi the good news.

She got them to force Travis' family to remove their ribbons.

I just tell myself to let her enjoy her little victories along the way....
to the death chamber. I hope.

Not a get out of jail free card! :floorlaugh:

Why would they ask them to remove the ribbons now? This trial started in January and they've been wearing them every day. Ugh.... makes my blood boil! :furious:

I would be kicked out of court. I would refuse. "No, she already took my brother. She can't have my ribbon, too!"

  • #633
I think the family was told to remove ribbons....
This happened at our trial too...
The defence alleged that it could "sway" the jury's opinions of the defendant etc.
And that the trial process was supposed to be impartial...
That whole "innocent until proven guilty"....
In cases where guilt is obvious this seems unfair but we had to remove ribbons as well because apparently it was garnering sympathy against the two evil murderers in our case... :/

Once again, this judge makes me ill. She's the worst, seriously.

OMG!! that is TERRIBLE ......I am sooooooooooooooooo pizzed!!!

I couldn't even wear a shirt with my brother's name on it. It's called being careful.

  • #635
Pseudo memories. Just think about that.

  • #636
Can you be sure Jodi is not lying to you!

Good question.

Stupid answer

  • #637
Who cares if she doesn't remember butchering Travis. The fact is she did murder him, no question. Her memories afterwards don't change that. Nor does it change the fact that she lied about it all along.
And why aren't they asking him why he diagnosed PTSD and not sociopathy, which is much more likely given her history.

  • #638
Told the RIGHT story? You mean the one that fits the forensics?

  • #639
It is not within the realm of this quack's professional ability to determine whether or not Jodi was being honest at the time.
