If I were her mother I'd haul my arse! Out of arizona!
I woundnt be happy until I seen the
leaving arizona sign thru my rear view mirror!!

Ungreatful! Brat

She's got to be thinking "I've sat here on my butt every day for two months, and this... THIS!!!! is the thanks I get? I'm outta here!"

I saw that too and she whispered something to JW who also looked. I thought it was about the ribbons that Travis's family refused to remove which I support

Just home from work and trying to catch up.

Could someone please explain about TA's ribbons? Who wanted the family to remove them? Was it an offical request?

The juror might have shared a joke with another juror. JA thinks they are smiling at her. She is nuts guys. Don't worry over every little thing. We need to all keep it together till verdict day. Hugs for everyone! :)

So it was a juror! I heard that and assumed it was JA's mother or aunt. Guess she was as amused as we were by the doc's answers.

I heard it too, never thought it woulda been a Juror.

Time to get back to work - will check in later.

I think the selective amnesia question was the best one (so far). It shows how smart the jury is thinking. That was one of the only questions he gave a definitive "no" to. If you can't have selective amnesia, then the PTSD/dissociative amnesia DX is flawed. And Jodi as testified to selective amnesia - she's said "some things have come back over time" and the recall of the knife/dishwasher.

That was a great one, but I think my personal favorite was the one asking if she's on any medication for "This terrible PTSD"!!:great:

As much as I LOVE the ribbons, I really would not want ANYTHING getting between the needle and Jodi's vein. If the DT request them off, please just do it, IMO.

You can wear them while you witness the insertion of the catheter.

Ours were pink .... During Kaitlins trial and we were told that it
Could possibly cause an issue on appeal.. We were asked to
Remove them so we simply all worr somethink pink
EVERYDAY .... After the scum was convicted we were allowed
To wear them to all other hearings and sentancing...

AND!! (Following on HLN, so not really live) They just asked if he knew where she was when she 'came out of her fog' & he said AS SHE WENT THROUGH THE POLICE CHECK POINT AT HOOVER DAM, REALIZED HER HANDS COVERED IN BLOOD etc! I'm beginning to LOVEthis doc! He's been the very best at pointing out all of her inconsisities to date! Of course, she testified it was somewhere in the desert right before the check point! Keep on talkin':jail:, good doctor, keep on talkin'...

Please don't think I am being picky, 'cos I'm not. I love your post, but she was the one that said she found her hands covered in blood (in the desert). He said she told him she found herself covered in blood. Big inconsistency. :rocker:

Oops. Samuels accidentally told the jurors that Jodi previously had a different defense team. LOL The jurors can easily guess why Jodi has a different defense team now.

She probably already has Tony's number.

Who's tony?
If I was her mom I'd be glad she's locked up. Who knows what she would do? Terrible the way she treats her mom and still mom keeps faithfully coming back.

Why, Linda? You are usually more upbeat. Please share.

I find the questions incredibly annoying considering how Juan completely and totally crushed this twits opinion on PTSD.

This isn't a psychology classroom and this witness is the last person I'd want " teaching" me anything. I have zero respect for him and his opinion and IMO the jurors should feel the same way. He's insulting my intelligence.

Someone who can still rewind look to see how quickly the cackle comes after Jodi tell JW to look at the jury? I can rewind now.

Believe it or not, on this one I would actually believe the murderess before the Doc. Reason being, one is not going to get through a so called check point with blood on their hands, nor are they going through without upside down plates being noted. Most likely there are also surveillance cameras recording everything at the check point, to include photographing the plates and driver. JMO - murderess saw the sign for the check point and altered her route so she would not have to go through the check point at all.

I would love to hear some of the phone calls between Jodi and her mom. Her mom is probably relieved to have her out of her hair. I wonder if Jodi needed Tony's number?

Her mom is probably glad she is safe in jail. And she doesn't have to worry about her or deal with her unless she accepts the collect phone calls.

She probably has a right to feel that way. IMHO

I don't know at what point you think it would ever be safe to second guess a jury.

The safety here is in knowing that this case in the hands of several critical thinkers. It doesn't get any better than that!

Exactly. They could be asking questions to have more arguments to back up their way of thinking in case another juror argues the opposite. I predict we won't know for sure what they're thinking until we hear the verdict. (so much for my crystal ball, eh?)

I think the stare at the juror thing is the psycho's last ditch attempt to try to connect with someone and sway their vote. Dress with open blouse and smile...try to manipulate like the b&*%$ always has. Screw her and her disgusting existence.
