I think today may go well for the good doctor. I have noticed when jury questions are presented to witnesses there is very little interruption or objection by prosecution or defense (perhaps they cannot?).

So he will be able to go into "teacher" mode and not be challenged on anything he says.

That said - I cannot watch today - take good notes everybody! TYIA!

Jodi showed up at Travis' uninvited at Christmas time, before they were "official". They had only known each other 3 months(?). Travis had about 30 people staying at his house and told her that she had to leave, that there was no room for her. So instead of leaving like a normal person, she slept under his freaking Christmas tree.

Judge Stephens is not at the bench, the attorneys are going into chambers. We are still not under way yet, stay tuned #JodiArias

Does anyone know why they go into chambers rather than sidebar? I suspect Nurmi is to blame for this one. Before the seal went silent I heard him complaining already,geesh:banghead:

Had I been TA's friend I would have certainly spoken up and voiced concerns that she could be dangerous. I don't know why his friends didn't also see the danger.

I think many TA's friends hoped JA was a short term relationship and she would not be around for long. The fact that she did move back to California probably gave them a false sense of security about her.

Also bet TA knew they didn't care for JA and probably didn't let them know just how incidious she was.

Yep. And didn't she announce to those there she and Travis were Boyfriend/Girlfriend. Travis clarified stating No we have had a few dates. Words to that effect.
