We are back in the courtroom . Judge is not looking very hppy while she overseesthe courtroom and makes notes with a sharpie, judge speaks sternly to Dr. Samuels - tells him to please take the stand . . . he wheels in his case . . . . standing for the jury . . . JA wearing white v neck sweater top over black tank top. .. . Her har is parted to the side.
Judge asking any jurors see media, speak to them about the case . . . no hands . . .
JM continues
PDS scoring . . . exhibit #535 - raw data scores 15 and 33 . . this was created @ the time . . .there were 2 times actual calculating, once when he did original eval and second was when he re-calculated to recreate in preparation for court.
JM hands over exhibit #534 says 1/15/2010 . . or the second time . . . may have been up to six months later - he is not sure . . . recalculated one t review notes
#550 came first . . . have the scores
rescored it and came up with #535 . . . .
when he re-scored it he had raw data in front of him in order to re-score . . . . something was missing . . . what was missing? . . . original worksheet . .. . #534? it is identfied

what is missing
the original worksheet - that is not it that is the answer sheet . . .
you have 2 exhibits there stapled together - there fore I cannot talk about one without the other .. . 1st pg, 2nd pg, 3rd pg with the dots . . . then there is an ABC portion of it. . .
#535 ABC - next page is DEF . . . there is nothing else left
you have 2 separate documents stapled together with one number . . . I can't talk about it without talking about the other

I didn't take the orginal scoring with me on a trip = left it on my desk - I had 2 blank score sheets so I rescored it . . .
on a whim you decided to rescore it? not a whim . . . I re-scored it and I am entitled to do that . . . . somehow when you picked up my pile of papers you also picked up a piece of papers that I had not disclosed.
it was picked up and entered into evidence
what is the necessity . . . when did you rescore .aand did you doubt yourself/
3 or 4 month later - palm springs . . . didn't doubt self . . .I can rescore it 10 times if I want to . . . I was on a weekend vacation I always take my files in case I have some down time to work on it. . . .
just as I was workingon this . . . I had no plan to have this be disclosed . . . doesn't change my diagnosis of PTsd. . .
rescore it later one - number of symptoms is 15 . . . . ..the first one is 17 . . . . both o them are not correct . . . . get another number

you had everything you needed to score it. . . when first sat down . . . scored it - not in a rush . . . .got score 17, then later you were on vacation and rescored it and got a 15 . . .

scored this now 3 times . . . . after scoring 3 times you are a little bit sloppy . . . i made an arithmetical error . . . each time I scored it JA met or exceeded the diagnostic criteria for the DSM . . . . I didn't include the scores . . . . it confirmed presence of PTsd . . . . the first level of scoring were identical in all 3 numbers . . . .
in 35 years of scoring and this is what we get . . . . first 17, then 15 and today we get 16 . . .

He falsified Jodi's test scores and submitted it. He screwed up and finally hopefully will be stop after thirty five years of being incompetent he will be stopped from being a court expert.
