Oh FFS! Will this judge at least once tell Willmott NO!

Narcissism at it's best, just like the patient he "evaluated"; with 3 different PTSD test results. ;)

I'm willing to bet the doctor doesn't think anything, ever, is his fault...including misdiagnoses. ;)

A video of the good Dr on vacation in Palm Springs

I've had somewhat of a problem with the good doctor the second I saw that cutting edge of technology -his graph of memory fonction. Looked like something he put together 10 minutes before court while sitting on the john.

samuels - the scoring company changed the protocol . . . . .

how come the date magically appears?
I honestly don't know . . .I cannot account for one having a date and another having a date..

Post Traumatic stress d/o - . . . . numbers do not change your diagnosis . . ..

sir follow along I am reading . . . . indicates example D must have 2 or more of the following . . .under C - three or more . . . . your print out of DSM-4 diagnostic criteria of PTsd
yes

that is what you based your diagnosis of PTsd - move for admission of #545? . . .
approach

Twin sisters appear to be chatting with each other . . . . . . JA looks like a pillar of salt . . . . not moving . . .

finding of PTsd . . . . requires 2 or more of the 5 factors set out there . . . yes there are 3 . . I am not asking you that . .. I know you want to jump the gun but I haven't ask yet

D-3 . . . these factors have to be present after the traumatic event that is why we call it PTsd . . . Post trauma. . . . cannot be counted if the were present before the trauma. . .

that is not true . . . well it is irrelevant as they were there when I evaluated her.

difficulty falling or staying asleep . . . . she did not manifest that . . . no . that is a NO

D2 - irritability or outbursts of anger - yes . . . . you indicated . . . that one she met because she was fighting with her mother right? yes - you reviewed the corroborating data . . . that had been present since her teen years? . . . not to the degree that it manifested . . . objection

fighting with her mother was present from her teen years. . . . yes it was lesser degree . . . .

look @ 3 exhibits and let's see what that degree i . . . .

may we approach?

Defense heads up to the bench . . . wondering what is up JM's sleeve (IMO)

  • #453

  • #454
Judge we object to our witness having his :butthead: handed to him on the stand. :floorlaugh:

  • #455
As far as her temper and outbursts of anger as a teenager towards her mother I am just betting she was h*ll on wheels!!! :what:

  • #456

Wilmott is such a petulant child.

I am enjoying this cross so much, if for not other reason than to watch Jodi and Wilmott squirming. It is great.
