WE know more about the test than the doc and we and the jury are not smart people that can understand those test according to him

Its awful but if the jury thinks the DT knew all of this all along they will lose all credibility too.

Samuels gave the state something he did not want them to ever see.

Which is why disclosure should never go from expert to attorney. We NEVER hand over something unless we have seen it first.

No matter who helps him he is the one that has to keep it all straight in his brain. I have never in all my trial watching days seen a Prosecutor like him. He is absolutely the best of the best I've ever seen.

I was amazed by David Walgren (sp?) from the Conrad Murray trial, but JM is superior in every way, IMO.
