Apparently she wasn't afraid ENOUGH of the wooden spoon. Holy Moly I'd be HISTORY if I ever THOUGHT about smackin my mama.

  • #663
Okay. I feel a bit sorry for her mother.

Anybody who's taking shots during sidebars needs to have 911 ready for alcohol poisining. Just sayin'.

  • #666
Oh, here we go!

  • #667
Most worthless judge EVER!! Is she really that enamored with Willmott??

  • #668
So, JA smacked her mom? Ha!

  • #669
Here comes the teenage psychopathy we've been looking for

  • #670
So she hit her mom?

  • #671
Interesting that Juan keeps referring to Jodi's mom as Sandy ... Hmm

  • #672
Please what does that mean?

sorry
newbie

Discovery is when the prosecution shares evidence in the case to the defense (before trial). A violation, having to do with something wasn't shared?

So . . . Jodi has PRE-traumatic stress?
:floorlaugh:

  • #674
Willmont is probably worried Juan is getting information that she even snaps with her own mother and slapped her.
It shows she can snap with very little provocation

  • #675
not in the least bit surprised but so glad the truth about her character is coming out....hitting her mother for no reason!...so much for JA the pacifist...thank you so much JM...for getting the truth in front of the jury

  • #676
One of the three criteria Doc used to diagnose PTSD existed prior to the traumatic event (aka knifing Travis to death), Jodi fought with and hit her mother from teen years to time in AZ

  • #677
Whoa - Jodi just asked Wilmott while JM was asking a question "I WROTE that I hit my mom?". Wilmott nodded, yes

  • #678
It looks like the trial has gone on so long that JA has run out of her court wardrobe and JW is lending her some clothes.

  • #679
The jury can see that this Defense is wasting time by all the 'may we approach' b.s.

I can't believe that they are trying to object about anything in her journal coming in after how much they used it to try to bolster their case.

Maybe the good psychologist should have talked to her family. TFB now.
