I have always wondered why Travis Alexander did not send a SOS email, text, phone call to a friend alerting someone that Arias was at his house. If this would have happened, two of Travis' friends could have stopped by his house on June 4 at 1pm to pick Travis up for his 'meeting.' Travis Alexander may not have known that Arias was going to murder him - but Travis Alexander could have known that he did not want Arias at his house, called / texted / emailed a friend saying something such as, "Have a girl at my house - Need an excuse to get out - Come over to pick me up for the "meeting" we need to go to - Thanks - See you soon - Seriously this is important I need to get out of my house."

The reason Travis Alexander did not contact anyone on June 4th during the many hours he was there (assuming he had some freedom during that time) is because telling anyone that Jodi was he would be risking that information getting back to the bishop, which would constitute a violation of the probation in the Mormon church.

I have been asked by mods to leave out talk about religion, so I won't explain this further.

I think that prior to the shower Travis wasn't really concerned about JA being there and actually was enjoying the interlude. By the time he realized what danger he was in it was too late. I believe his phone was found in his office downstairs.

Threatening suicide sounds like another warped pattern of Jodi's behavior.

She threatened suicide as a teenager.

She threatened suicide while with Matt Mcartney

She threatened suicide when Travis didn't want her.

People who talk about it generally don't do it, at least that's what I've been told.

It's their way to control people.

my ex daughter in law threatened suicide over my son not going and getting her a soft taco from Taco Bell. I told her to go ahead do it, but not in my house.

Does anyone else get the feeling that the good doctor didn't think his methods and questions would be dissected so much? It seems like he just assumed that his opinion would be enough and that he didn't need to back up his opinions with cold, hard facts.

Absolutely. I have thought this since the first day he was on the stand. He fully expected to give his opinion and that would be that. Off the stand, collect his fee and go home.

The DUMBEST objection during cross is "mis-characterizes" the witness's testimony (which JW and KN do ALL the time). If the attorney mis-characterizes the testimony, all the witness has to say, is "No, I never said that."
