remember the Good Dr. said he did not record their interactions, instead he wrote them down. He said he remembers the answers and looks at his notes.
So Juan is also writing his notes to show the Good Dr's notes took a long time and were possibly not as accurate as recording sessions might be.:twocents:

I think that testimony about hitting her Mom is big. I would say a HUGE minority of people could NEVER imagine striking their own mother under any cirumstances. It is also in direct conflict to her demeanor in court and her accounts of being timid when Travis was mean to her.
