I missed some testimony . . . .
when individuals couldn't afford to buy the book I would provide one for them . . . a self help book if I was doing therapy and/or evaluation . . .
we used the book for therapeutic evals, homework assignments - sometimes keep to the book - sometimes not . . .
evaluations sometimes if I felt it would be helpful I would provide book
