 the twin clothing thing just hit me!

Wilmott is doing it to prove that JA does
connect and interact with people...

"See Jodi likes people! She wants to be like me!"

when she really wants to kill people and assume their life!

Very "Single White Female" huh?

I downloaded the sample....Meh. could be funny. I think us WSers could write a better parody collectively. Moo.

I'm hoping Judge Stephens disregards any further jury questions, and moves along to the next witness, this witness is so OVER.

Yeah I wonder about this jury sometimes...I hope they got the hint that Samuels is at best incompetent/unethical and at worst he sells his diagnoses for cash...It doesn't make sense to bother with asking him anything else. As with JA, it's all lies, obfuscation and nonsense.

That's a very common psychological tactic used by the defense when defending a woman of a crime. Especially murder. It's to make them appear more demure and diminutive. Hell, Casey Anthony was practically on the floor.

Listen, people in general are getting smarter and wiser since the advent of the Internet. These ploys don't hold as much weight as they once did and most of the jury knows this. This goes for their color coordinated outfits too. It's all a mind game.

BBM

*eyeroll* Mind tricks. Love that.

She lost every shred of demure & diminutive when I saw the neck wound of TA.

Skanks stop here! :nono:

Could someone explain to me the shrinking chair of JA?

What benefit is there to her looking "shorter"?

Because she's soooo much smaller than TA. She didn't stand a chance against the big brute!

When in fact she was only about 2 inches shorter than he was. or maybe less.

One also needs to keep in mind she does yoga and runs or exercises.

She's no petite thing.

JMHO

I know its unusual, but we are late!

Lets get this thing rollin'. I have to work and love to see it as it is happening so I can 'feel' like I have caught up.

I agree with quite a few of you, I would like to move on. Actually, I would like to move straight on to Rebuttal. I can't even imagine what questions the jury might even have. Honestly what could they be. Its not like he said much more than what he testified to the first time.

Would, if you were a juror, want to beat up on and send a frail, petite woman like her to death row? That frail, small girl couldn't possibly have butchered that big, grown man, after-all. That's what the defense wants the jury to think, the vibe they are sending when they have her chair lowered like that. IMO

More realistically, with Jodi: how could that frail, petite, almost sickly looking girl have attacked that big, grown man. She must have had to fight for her life, poor, small girl, against his life-threatening attack.
