Can someone explain why only parts of the journals are shown to favor one side but the entire context can't be shown for the prosecution...to make their point.

I'm not sure anyone can explain it, it's clear bias - if one side can't use the entirety of a piece of evidence than neither side should be able to use it. Period. This judge infuriates me more everyday. It's omission and in my opinion, lying if the jury only hears half of it.

Trying to bolster a diagnosis of PTSD even though the test was flawed and out of date, making a mockery of actual sufferers everywhere.

It's sickening..

Is Wilmont making a big deal that the 'doctor' was not given a transcript of a half hour interview he gave with JM last week? If he isn't capable of recall to an hour before he began testimony, how is he a reliable witness?

Oh, Jean C, you silly woman. When Juan is up the jury is booooored, but when Wilmott is up they are not taking notes and acting, seemingly the same, but they are alert. They are paying attention. What a sham she is.

Can someone explain why the trial has wasted so much time on the PTSD garbage? I feel so dense but I just don't see what in the world it has to do with whether or not she murdered Travis in self defense or whether or not it was premeditated.

imho, anyone could suffer from PTSD after brutally murdering someone whether it was premeditated or not. Why does it matter how SHE was affected by his murder???
