I hope Wilmott is affecting the jury the way she is me. I HATE this woman's courtroom presence! She is sitting there whispering with Jodi like they're in high school, she smiles inappropriately, her voice is not one you normally associate with an adult, she is vindictive and seems to act IN RESPONSE to whatever Juan does--she asked Samuels the exact same questions twice, just to spite Juan's follow-up--I could go on and on.

And if that's her paralegal that we are calling the mitigation specialist, I dislike her even more--that woman rolls her eyes, makes faces and is more inappropriate than JW.

This next witness is going to be brutal I just know it. Brace yourselves for a fantasy world where TA was an evil abuser. Hope I'm wrong...

Yes, I'm sure. At least until Juan gets to cross.

What were the letters JM mentioned that she must have sent to family re: her suicide (he mentioned drawings of tombstones)?

My dear Travis,
I don't know how I can go on without you.I am so grateful you came to my home when you were 8 years old to live with me.We had many happy times together, you were an easy boy to raise, and a great young man.It was a pleasure to be your grandmother.I will always love you.....Mummum.

EVEN if Jodi subconsciously created the ninja story (which is obviously not the case), she still knew that he was dead. Calling his phone leaving messages, pretending like nothing happened.. feigning surprise when she was arrested..

Oh, and not reporting that "attack"? .. or telling anybody at all?

I really hope that the jury's not buying any of it.

IMO Nurmi really dislikes JA. She no longer looks at him either. JA also gave JM the death glare.

That suitcoat looks way too big for the good "Dr."

Arias ignoring Samuels

It's funny as hell watching him stand there like that.

The <mod snip> gave a final dirty look and went off to find his next victim.

Did anyone else notice that when Wilmott gets up and is asking Samuels about JM's question about JA being able to sleep (just before the afternoon break), did anyone there notice that Nurmi pushes his hand forward as JA watches him, then JA pulls out a tissue, and drags the tissue across the table in front of her, appearing to pull something small off the table and into her lap?

Still getting pills, I wonder?

I replayed HLN a number of times, but not a good view of what is in front of her on the table other than the blue folder.
Let's get on this!

When they show JA sitting there.. writing looking off in the distance..

Don't you ever wonder what is going thru her mind??

What in the world can she be thinking.. Honestly..

He appears to be trying to make eye contact with Jodi, she won't look at him... He leaves... She turns head hard to watch and smirks

He sure looks stupid standing there. imo

Did Willmott REALLY suggest he not report suicide because Arias may be isolated???

I thought she was already detached from others as per the good doc's analysis of her test score. So why would she care if she were placed in isolation?

Maybe one cost less than the other. :floorlaugh:

I think that $300 would have been better spent getting the wizard's sleeves tailored.

Last Question, as well as I could catch it, hope it's not too late:

Question: What is the difference between covering up and creating an alternative reality?
Ans: Covering up is an involuntary..is a voluntary action, is creating an alibi for yourself. The alternative reality is a psychological process known as a defense mechanism that occurs through subconscious forces... the individual so is afflicted by that the individual is oftentimes unaware of they've created a distortion

Thank you.

So is the Doc trying to say that the killer did not even know she was making up the Ninja story?

because I am pretty sure she already told us she did it to avoid jail. She even said she tailored it to tthe forensics...
