:rocker: Exactly ... I think you are right on here ... she is a "manipulator" ... a "troublemaker" ...

And I would "think" that IF another juror saw something that was not "right," they would report it ...

:moo:

Or she is trying to annoy the alexander family with her actions. She just started doing that recently, could it have to do with the ribbon incident?

And some of us would disrespectfully disagree... but have the wits to keep our mouths shut. Lol. :)

Doesn't she have a book coming out next month?

I don't care if this expert is pink with purple polka dots. But if she is against abuse then she should be against it no matter WHO is dishing it out. She has made fighting abuse her life's work, so, shouldn't she be able to recognize JA's abusive traits. If she does, then why is she on the DT? If she honestly believes that JA was abused, what caused her to come to this conclusion? Surely not money and surely she has noticed that JA lies like a bearskin rug. So why is she here?

Yeah just like Andrea Lyon and her repulsive book.

Ok, did anyone else think it seemed awkward when Dr, Samuels when over to the defense table to wait for his materials? It's like you could feel Samuels and Jodi trying to avoid each other's eyes...

Come on you guys....play nice.
Please....we have a long way to go. Don't get the thread shut down....

Does the jury know she kicked the family dog so hard it was never seen or heard from again?

Hit her mom for no reason

Kinda adds credence to that early report of her hitting her brother with a baseball bat huh?

Hmmmm

In my experience, restraining orders do not stop a stalker from stalking. It makes it worse. A stalker is a sneak. They know how to hide, follow, watch, get passwords, etc. It's a very serious obsessive thought out game plan. And the victim should feel very afraid. IMO even if Travis would have changed his locks and kept his doors locked she would have found a way to get in.

It's my opinion that when a woman issues a restraining order against a male that might be abusing her, this causes the male to become extremely agitated and threatened, and sometimes ticks them off so bad that the male does something extreme to that woman for "turning them in to law enforcement".

I just love Katie on Dr. Drew, I hope she gets a job in broadcasting :)

I had emailed Dr. Drew, telling him to hire Katie. She's great. :rocker:

Oh, please don't tell me she was abusive to a dog - Is this in evidence or where did this come from?

Sorry, I was being facetious in my comparison.

:)

I got it the 1st time, panthera -- you go, Girl! But yes, they can and they do lie. I have seen/heard investigation discussions before, just like this one -- and they are always fascinating to me... There was one, especially, where I knew at the time of the statement of the detective that what he had said was a lie -- but the "perp" (as they call 'em on Law & Order) didn't fall for it. But they got him anyway -- two eyewitnesses, both given 2nd degree prizes -- and he got LWOP since he was 17 when he brutally murdered a friend of his. This was a case where the defense did not put on a defense, and that meant the defense had the final closing. Didn't help. Pity, that.

Im soooooooooooo SICK of this prosecuter and this whole case actually ..This guy is gonna have a retirement home right beside the Casey Anthony prosecuters house when this is over . There's no dought she did it but it's the prosecuter's blowing all these cases . The defense isn't winning it for her thier just staying quiet and letting this moron rammble on forever and ever im tellin ya right now he's blowen this case . There will be fist fight's in the dam jury room. This trial and prosecuter is a JOKE....

Totally disagree with you if there's a joke it's on the defence and their courtroom antics.:furious:
I totally think Martinez is brilliant.

OMG, how did I miss this? Is it true, that she kicked their dog and no one ever saw it again? How horrible! And how did this information come out?

:seeya: I must respectfully disagree ...

:great: I think Mr. Martinez is doing a FANTASTIC job at exposing the LIES of Jodi Arias as well as the UNETHICAL TACTICS of her so-called experts and DT ...

I love Mr. Martinez's PASSION and the FIRE he has ! This is a Death Penalty, 1st Degree Murder Trial -- not a "tea party" ...

Jodi and her DT [and IMO, the judge] has made a MOCKERY of the JUDICIAL SYSTEM throughout this entire trial ... and Mr. Martinez is putting a halt to their "madness" ...

Mr. Martinez and his investigators have known from the very beginning that this was a pre-meditated murder ... and they will get Justice on behalf of Travis !

:moo:

I think most people would respectfully disagree.

And thats fine but i don't know how anyone can this guy doesn't let it go he rammbles you can't tell me your not sick of this trial and he has had the floor for 90% of it. And who knew that crime around the world would simply stop or so they would have you believe in 36 days we have not heard about another crime no updates no new cases murders disappearances absolutly nothing . So respectfully disagree all you want but if your not sick of one guy rambbling for 90% OF 36 DAYS then hey I guess iam alone in my thinking with being more then annoyed with this guy...

Comes from her taped interview with detective. I don't think the jury heard it. I'm not sure tho

Somehow I get the feeling Dr. S. is sorry that he ever got mixed up with Jodi Arias! He boasted that she would be good for his book, or some such thing. Why do I think that book will never make it to Amazon or Barnes and Noble???

  • #359
Ok just watched nancy grace on the DVR and saw new Jodi interrogation video. And again I'm floored. By the dog kicking story. Anyone else think she killed the dog? That was the first thing that ran through my mind after se said she never saw the dog again.
