Thank you kindly. I'm still awaiting a report from my daughter. Nothing changed since yesterday. Thank you so much, I've been drifting in and out reading and trying to keep my mind busy.

Katiedid... prayers for you and your daughter and grandchild! XO

What is going on here with all of our beloved sleuthers... prayers for everyone!

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. My son's tumor is Malignant, we will be going to a pediatric hospital tomorrow.
I feel like I am still in shock, but I just wanted to check in and say I miss watching the trial with you all.

I am so sorry to hear this. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

OJ was 8 months:facepalm:....8 MONTHS...and cost nearly 10 million bucks!!!!

Oyyy... 8 months? My god... I don't remember much of the OJ trial only that on the day he was acquitted of charges I was discharged from the hospital after the birth of my son :)

This trial is becoming a circus!
HLN is making me nauseous with their coverage and After dark special...

you have to perform the search.. click on case history, then enter jodi arias

Again, this link ONLY takes you to the MAIN page, is there a specific link to the ACTUAL Witness List? I have searched and searched and cannot locate it????

After Dark is a flop. Nice try, HLN.

Sheriff Joe is an idiot. I hate Jodi Arias as much as anybody here, but she is on trial here and has not yet been convicted. Persons on trial should not be subject to his BS antics. If he wants to feed prisoners two meals a day of bologna or whatever he feeds them, fine. But to pull this sh^t on a defendant during their trial is ridiculous. JA, along with all other defendants should get a lunch (sandwich/piece of fruit/drink) while at court for the whole day.

I agree. Putting aside what I personally feel about the murderess - she has not been convicted yet. She should not have to ask sherrif Joe if she can have a power bar if she's already been up since 3:00 AM. Think about it - she's already been up 7.5 hours before court even starts at 10:30 AM! Personally, I have no idea what she eats during those 7.5 hours before court starts.

Then 1.5 hours later (total of 9 hours) she gets Lord knows what for lunch. It was my understanding she wasn't getting anything for a long while until the DT complained.

From 1:30 - 4:30, she essentially gets nothing but water. Add the trip back to the jail (not sure how long that takes), processing, and back to her cell, she may not eat until 6:30 - 7:00. That's if food is still available to her.

That kind of schedule is not healthy for anyone. Day in, day out, it could have consequences on the mind and body. IMHO - it's ridiculous. It may seem natural to those who are in their cells all day, and can load up on jailhouse snacks -- but a trial is completely different.

NO - I don't like Jodi. I think she's a twisted and evil monster. However, I also don't want this trial to go down the tubes because the defendant is ill, ends up in the hospital, or Lord knows what.

So throw her a bucket of trail mix in her holding cell (dried fruit and protein from the peanuts go a long way), along with more water.

If Sherrif Joe wants to keep this up, it could be the downfall of this trial in the end.

Just my opinion - please don't throw tomatoes at me.

I'm curious, how many of the delays have been her illness? Anyone know?

I agree, she probably is beside herself that the jury won't look at her anymore and she is still manipulating when you think about it. It's quite powerful to be able to call your shots as to when the trial will go on and when it won't. She's probably delighting in it.
The judge needs to do some reigning in with attorneys moving things along too. This has to be terrible for the family who is staying in motels, away from their homes and how about the jurors, whose lives are also on hold.

This continues to be THE JODIE ARIAS SHOW !!

No, you still can't see the witness list that way. Why are people torturing this poor WS member? ;)

You can't see the documents on the court website unless you're an attorney or party on the case.

If you want to see the documents on someone else's case, you have to go to the clerk's office and get a copy, or hope someone else does that for you and posts it on the internet. :)

I agree. As much as we may detest her, she has not yet been convicted and she does have rights. I would surely feel faint if I was forced to '"fast" for 13 hours a day, under the best of circumstances. The Maricopa County Jail should really make some arrangement to provide lunch to this defendant.

She has a lunch....it's up to her to eat it.

Even convicted felons get to eat. I loathe her. But there are two things I could deny no one. Food/drink and warmth. Let her eat, give her a blanket if she's cold. That's the least and that's the max. And God forgive her because she needs it for the horrible, heinous, evil thing she did, and for her not being sorry she did it. We aren't like her and we can't act like her. We are a higher life form, with empathy and compassion. Even for the likes of her. She deserves the DP, but until they perform it, let her eat throw her a blanket.

:p Hey, Ive been sick all week.. o-O started with migraines, and I gladly sat through the trial.. my eyes are wonky and I didn't really read what the poster was saying..LOL..:great:

BBM. It was that she could save some of her breakfast that she got at the jail and bring it with her to have for lunch while at the court house. IMO, that just seems crazy to me.

ETA: Or you can just wait for Karmady to pop down to the clerk's office and read the document, which apparently says that Robert Brown of the Mesa PD (who works in computer forensics) is going to testify as a rebuttal witness.

i snipped the end of day 37 where she is stamping her little feet at nurmi asking what something is
