I think the Arias lie to ALaV regarding pedophilia she found on Trav's p.c. completely undermines her later proffered correction. She is supposedly horrifed & traumatised by what she saw as the photo on paper came off the bed and "in that chaotic way that paper falls" lands face up. She is smiling as her hands flutter, demonstrating. What's with the poesy portrayal? Sounds like a script writer creating a scene, not the memory of someone in shock at what she saw. That testimony always backed me up hard. Conspicuously counterfeit. We learn from the body language experts and profilers that emotional memories produce emotions that correspond on recall of the experience at the moment of retelling. We have to assess these discoveries as two more critical lies the defendant tells. Two lies do not make a truth.

HLN just said Samatha ran out of the court crying after Judge Stevens sentenced a man who stabbed someone to death with a screw driver to LWOP, This trial needs to speed up. TA's family needs to get closure and get on with life. This is taking such a terrible toll on them. Prayers to all of them.

Does anyone know if the Hughes' are on the rebuttal witness list? They have not spoken to the media.

I am not 100% sure but didn't the judge tell the wife Hughes to not follow the media on this case?

So don't throw tomatoes at me, but I am not familiar with AZ law. After this last witness gets off the stand- does the prosecution get to bring out a whole bunch of rebuttal witnesses? Like "new" witnesses?

I've grown really resentful of HLN's circus type approach to this case. In their insatiable need for ratings, they've allowed some fringe people to inject ridiculous ramblings on a daily basis.

With regard to this poll, remember the caller on DD's show who was quick to label TA a pedophile because he had anal sex? People are so obtuse that they don't even understand what DEVIANT means.

deviant- Departing from usual or accepted standards

Considering the ubiquitous nature of this particular act in the 21st century, the assertion is completely null and void. Some people are embarrassing in their need to remain uneducated and ignorant.

The rest of the "voters" are comprised of the perceptually flawed jilted, relics of a bygone era and token kooks like Bryan Carr.
