She needs to read "He's just not that into you".. by Greg Behrendt. ;)

Thank you ZsaZsa! I keep wondering if others get how banal her story is. I have a lot of single girlfriends who are looking to marry so I feel like screaming, "Do any of you people realize how common this story is?!?"
I'm not saying she wasn't hurt that he didn't like her back in the way she liked him. What I'm saying is this story is as old as male and female. Sometimes people don't like you back. Sometimes you like a guy and he just wants sex. It hurts. But for God's sake, you buy a bottle of wine and trash him to your girlfriends. You don't knife him to death.

Thank you mark e.!!!!!! :great:

Stop bashing judge s!!!

Bombshell tonight!! NG goes 12 mins without speaking!!

lol! Mr thinks it's one of Nancy's pre-taped shows like the "Mysteries: ones and she's having an extra long weekend. Jodi will probably be mad she's not covering ALV :)

That won't be lost on the jury. One juror question was, 117. "Were you mad at TA while you were stabbing him?"
Other juror questions were:
46. "Why did you confront Travis after seeing him w/ another woman through his back windows if it was not due to jealousy?"
87. "What is your understanding of the word 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬?"
106. "If TA wanted the sex convo recorded, why didn't he record it?"
107. "If you didn't want to be tied to a tree, why did you go and look for a place he could do that?"
Agree Allyne, besides I don't agree the little red riding hood scenerio was TA's . He said in an email something to the effect , you can just have **** tie you to a tree. IMO this was a JA fantasy.

The sex tape left me with the impression that he was quite a novice and that he was trying to please her in an almost adolescent manner. I think the whole fantasy/role play thing came from her and he followed along. She's the one who says "oh that's so debasing, I love it".

Yes, I've been there before! If a guy is not into you, wipe up the tears, have a glass (or bottle) of wine and move on.

Oh good, jurors questions went in the box today. These jurors ask fantastic questions. Don't ya think?

Wow start at about 17:15 listen to JM talk about the "pedo" letters being forgery's
by the defendant. KN is talking over him but if you listen closely you can hear it,.

She actually had longer than that to perfect her scenario. Before she even went to Mesa she should have had in her mind what would have taken place. Using two weapons automatically implies the possibility of two perpetrators. However, she did not count on her premeditated crime having any flaws, no evidence of her being there left behind, and therefore no police interrogation. She, in her mind, would have the perfect crime, and LE would never be interrogating HER. Instead she would be assisting THEM! Or so she thought.

You hit it Panthera. IMO, the thing she didn't count on was not killing TA within first few seconds. His fighting back and her need to do commit the murder in the short window of being alone with TA in a house with 2 other roommates were her downfall. She's smart, but no Stephen Hawking, time and TA's fight prevented the "perfect murder".

Kinda ironic dontcha think. Considering Jodi's Mom took a wooden spoon to her

Only if you believe JA. If JA is kicking family pets and her own mother...

I personally flip flop hourly about whether JA's mom is a victim or an enabler. Everything in this case is made out of fog (which, the fog itself, is probably a lie.)

Are there new witnesses being called to the stand.

Sorry if this has been posted already. tia

Yes! ITA she was trying to set it up to look like there was more than one person involved. She probably had the ninja story dreamt up before she killed him. Kernel of truth in her lies...she tried to make the crime scene look just like that.

Unfortunately for her, her dumb azz left direct evidence of her being at the scene of the crime. I believe in Karma ;).

I thought JA DID say TA cheated on her... I could be wrong.
Anyone know for sure?

I don't get the feeling that TA treated JA all that well - like when he was trying to get her to go the eff away.

She considered cheating to be that he was talking to other women. She discovered that by snooping in his phone. Even though they were not dating at that time, she considered it cheating because he was "still courting" her. She also couldn't see JM's cross about this that SHE was also dating others at the time... apparently, she believe that didn't matter because Travis was "still courting" her." It was clear that she had an unreasonable fit about cheating he wasn't doing when she was doing the same exact thing. Apparently, she doesn't believe in what's good for the gander is good for the goose. She claimed it was perfectly ok for HER to be seeing other men but Travis was cheating on her by having phone calls with other women.
:what:

JM: I am going to object to the portions he is reading, ? these letters have been proven to be forged by the defendant, and the fact he is reading ? is inappropriate.

This article claims another IS employee will be interviewed Tues.

http://news.yahoo.com/allegations-misconduct-sidetrack-arias-trial-231253785.html

also in that article:
But within an hour of court ending Thursday, one juror sat eating ice cream on a bench near a group of spectators who were waiting for the prosecutor.

is it just me, or doesn't that seem a bit inappropriate? If I was a juror, and I want to get far away from there, and not risk 'hearing' anything. JMO

I forgot all about the Menendez brothers claiming sexual abuse from their Dad. Now I remember the poor acting jobs they put on in their trial. They killed their Mom and Dad purely for the money.

IMO, the courts should not allow outright lies about molestation and abuse to come in unless there's some evidence that proves it ever happened. It seems all wrong that Jodi killed someone, and then is allowed to lie and trash her own parents, but especially not lie and slander Travis who she killed.

BTW, that story about her father when she was seven yrs. old and had a crush on a boy was utterly preposterous. Silly, silly stories about her Mom and Dad that aren't going to help her one bit. There wasn't even a real point to telling jurors about it.

Yep, those Menendez brothers tried using that ugly defense ploy slandering their father's name, and they're in prison now. Jurors aren't stupid, ya know.

I'm sorry, but I disagree. The jury apparently felt there was some mitigating factor that would allow two brothers to gun down their parents in a premeditated money grab. They can be stupid, ya know.
