Passing out Ativan. Anybody want one?

I'll take one - my prescription is just about out!

SO JA is in chambers with TA's sisters? Oh Dear God, Lord have Mercy. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that monster.

Wonder what the murderess is pi$$ing about now. She probably wants them removed from the courtroom too!

Ughhh!

Are we thinking it's Tri Color? If so, then maybe all the note taking wasn't out of sympathy for JA.... maybe we were concerned for nothing?

Per KatieCoolLady, she was not concerned with Tri Color, does not think she was pro-defense, nor is any other juror.

I also have Klonopin if we run out of Ativan (or Xanax) :P

I saw this posted on another thread...but for those who are unable to watch a full day (er, a couple of hours) of a session, you can watch them here:

http://www.youtube.com/user/crimewriter74?feature=watch

David Lohr has all of the court videos and also has all the interrogation videos which I never had time to watch and am slowly catching up now by watching them.

OH GOSH THANK YOU SO MUCH! He has EVERYTHING there! I can now watch opening arguments, which i missed originally. Cool !

Does anyone have Truth Detector's dancing Chihuahua handy? I  every time I see it, and I need a stress reducer right away :D

This is almost as bad as waiting for the doctor to come in with the test results. Not quite, but almost.

Maybe giving the family the option to accept LWOP plea.

I'd hold out for them to throw in...both eyes gouged out and both legs snapped like Kevin Ware. All administered by family members.

I don't think much legal business is going on with TA family and Jodi in the room.

It would all be done between the lawyers first.

I can hear the courtroom... am I going mad??

*sending lot's of love and strength to the Alexander family*

Isn't this a little strange that the family and the defendant are in Judges chambers @ the same time? . . .. Any Atty's here to answer this?

Wen
That's what's tripping me out here. Poor Alexander family! In. The same room with Jodie ughhhhhh

It is very strange that Travis' family were called into chambers; from a prosecutor's point of view, I think something crucial is happening.

I think 1st degree w/LWOP is all the State would accept. If Travis' family is cool with that, so am I.

I would be surprised if JM would accept that offer. From what I understand, JM doesn't deal. I think JM takes this case personal and I think he wants the the Death Penalty. Imo, JM is disgusted with JAs snippy, narcissistic, rude and disrespectful attitude that she has shown in regard to the court, TAs family and the prosecutor. IF JM does accept the LWOP offer is will be for the sake of TA's family.

We don't know if they are all in chambers....there are other rooms back there.....this is very odd.....I would lean towards a plea deal offer (I am being positive here....fingers and toes crossed)

ITA and also can't imagine the Alexander family being in the same room as JA.

Prediction: DT is attempting another plea deal.

I sure wish the family would just do it. Are the ribbons worth it in the GRAND scheme of things? Not when it could interfere with the justice JA truly deserves.

It's the principle of the thing. They know it infuriates Jodi to see them wearing them. So if I were TA's family I would get quite a bit of pleasure out of wearing them for that fact alone.

It's been 30 minutes. Enough already!
