A TH just said that in AZ there is a victim's rights act that allows the victims to be present when the defendant is in closed door meetings with the judge or Prosecutor.

The Jodi we know is probably accusing the family of conspiring with jurors...and demanding a mistrial.

You know you may have a point here. Jodie has shown quite an interest in watching the jury lately.
We have all commented on this, there have been a few times that Jodie has pointed out a juror to wilmott. Whatever it is ,its nerve wracking! The suspense.

:please:I'm very nervous now. Wasn't feeling anxious for the first half hour or so, because court is always starting late anyway, and I figured this was something tangential like the ribbon issue. Now I fear it is something more ominous, and I am not of the belief that JA has it in her constitution to plead guilty to anything that would involve significant prison time. I truly hope this is all related to one juror having said something that could be considered biased and that juror said it to or near the Alexander family and that this trial is salvagable. I don't have the strength to watch this unfold all over again in another year or two or five. :please:

OT - KC's appeal was DENIED today!

HLN is talking about how AZ has a "Victim's Bill of Rights". It gives the family of the victim, the right to be present in any and all meetings.

Since we are in waiting mode, im catching up on the interrogation videos...so here is Jodi in waiting mode too:

In video 5 [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5lGJ72SQBM"]Jodi Arias Unedited Police Interrogation Video 5 - YouTube[/ame] at 19:26, Jodi was concerned that she didn't have makeup on (speaking to herself). @.@

oh and then she starts SINGING.
These vids are incredible!!

If she is, great! (as long as it is what Travis' family wants) I want JA to recant EVERY single lie she fabricated about Travis. If she pleads guilty, I want his name cleared.

That may take a few years.

526, that's a lot of peeps. come on in and join us.

I'm imagining that Wilmott and JA are eating time with their mouths flapping away. Not necessarily something big going on.

We need Beth Karas! This is a Beth Karas moment -- Only she will be able to calm us all down and tell us what's really going on...

This has to be something big.

Maybe not, we can only hope, but just heard the AZ victim bill of rights allows the family to be in any hearing the defendant is present.

I'm praying for the Alexander family, they have been through so much. Their resilience is amazing in light of what they've had. To hear and see.:please:

Maybe Judge is talking to each juror again? Fingers crossed this case isn't going to be "spun around"...

Time for lunch!

I agree. I would be shocked if she pleads.

I wouldn't do that, man.

Arias is nowhere to be found in the courtroom. I wouldn't risk it.

Yeah, but it's Tuesday. So I have to sooner or later. If they'd declared a mistrial I'd be able to hear about it ad nauseum on HLN.

Don't forget to wash behind your rears.
