On a happier note, I am glad the family is in chambers. I am glad they are allowed to be involved in whatever is going on.

Juan has been such an advocate for them. Anytime Jodi is allowed to be someplace he motions for the family to be allowed as well. So this really could be anything and the family is there becuase Jodi is. Why it's not being done in the courtroom is really the bizarre part. They do things with out having the Jury inside of the courtroom a lot so I think the fact that it's behind closed doors really has people shaken up.

Maybe not, we can only hope, but just heard the AZ victim bill of rights allows the family to be in any hearing the defendant is present.

This is a good thing and should be the law in all 50 states, plus federal. JMO

I think they use the defendant's name in all motions. I know I laughed when I read one in the FCA case, that "CA prays the court......".

If she is, great! (as long as it is what Travis' family wants) I want JA to recant EVERY single lie she fabricated about Travis. If she pleads guilty, I want his name cleared.

If so, she needs to tell the family in open court exactly what happened (like the green river killer). I think Dahmer did as well (not sure).

But the family deserves the truth and a sincere apology before any plea should ever be granted. Not that they would except it after all the lies she's told. But it would go a long way to healing.

I think this has something to do with juror 5. I hope that the judge doesn't declare a mistrial, but that's what I'm thinking right now.

I'm just going to try to keep this in mind: no matter what happens, (juror misconduct, mistrial, etc.) no matter how long it takes, JA is going DOWN for this. She is never going to walk, she is never going free. The only thing at issue at this point is punishment.

when they were arguing about whether the whole tape or just the parts selected by the DT would be played. That's what I recall anyway and I'm not as young as I used to be.

OK...I have a question to all who have watched faithfully (I have only done so since about when Jodi took the stand)

Has the family ever been asked back into chambers and Jodi was asked too?

I have seen chambers, but never all together.

I think at this point, we can all surmize this is not a good thing. But that particular detail is what I am interested most in.

Especially as there are 6 alternate jurors, JA admitted doing it & most importantly...
