I can't stand people who will not or cannot follow simple instructions and that shows in my comments. And one of those jurors could derail this whole train.

I thought she asked someone in line at a lunch place if they were in the line or not and Nurmi heard it? As in it wasn't something worth worrying about at all, did she say more than that do we know?

If so she hardly did a thing wrong except be polite to the wrong person with the wrong person there to use it.

My 86 year old dad emails. She's close to my age, but stuck back in a time warp. What a joke of a witness she is. Glad she's testi-lying for the defense and not the state.

I don't think she's stuck in a time warp. I'm about her age and I've been emailing for twenty years. I emailed a lot as part of my job. This is someone who actively doesn't want to email. Not sure what that says about her, but I suspect she doesn't really have an understanding of how and why people communicate by email. JMO

I don't believe that unless there is some kind of proof that someone can link to. Also, KDDJ is not a member of the 'media.' She's there as a citizen and while she is a guest on DD, she's not paid for her appearances.

This testimony is unwatchable and doesn't pass the sniff test. Amazing how someone could offer this testimony without a good understanding of the context. This witness is terribly unaware of how out of touch she is with modern society as far as relationships go, not to mention email, which itself is often considered obsolete by the texting generation.

A 5 or 6 month "dating/sexual" relationship in one's 20's or 30's are often fleeting, as folks figure out what they are looking for long-term or just having some fun before house & kids, etc.

ALV seems to have decided she had it all figured out about 30 years ago and stopped learning/progressing. She's NOT a pioneer and has made no innovations whatsoever.
