KDDJ said last night on DD that she asked if she was in lunch line & Nurmi was nearby... NOTHING BEYOND THAT as far as details given on show last night.

I think "media" person may have slipped card or mentioned after verdict interview or something

My dad, brothers & husband ~ all relatively sensitive guys, at least most of the time, but ~ I am CERTAIN ~ if they were on this jury, all the talk about relationships & "feelings" would make them SO ANGRY right now! And once they had the opportunity to deliberate ~ they'd waste NO more time discussing whether she "felt" a certain way about things.. It would be ALL about premeditation (i.e. gas cans) and the number of stab wounds & gun shots. Period.. All is not lost ~ this stupid crap about "relationships" blah, blah, blah ~ they're gonna take it out on her, I'm sure of it.

The defense team is like a junior high clique gossiping about who is taking who to the spring dance and did Justin hurt Caitlyn's feelings by asking Heather first.

I think this jury is a heartbeat away from sequestration.

That would force the judge to pick up the pace (she'd have absolute anarchy if the jury was sequestered and worked 12-15 hours a week)

My personal opinion is that this trial has turned into a circus. After hearing JA testify for so long, and then we have RS and now ALV spouting such hysterical theories I think the jury feels like their intelligence is being insulted. I think they believe they have a right to say 'what the hell is going on'. And they have lost respect for the judge, the DT, and the whole court process. The judges 'over ruled, and repeat your question' is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole jury pulled a mutiny and declared their time more valuable than sitting through this mess. jmo

I don't believe that unless there is some kind of proof that someone can link to. Also, KDDJ is not a member of the 'media.' She's there as a citizen and while she is a guest on DD, she's not paid for her appearances.

I don't think anyone said that Juror #5 made contact with the media or was contacted by the media.

Katie said she told the woman 'hi' and she never said if the woman said anything back to her.
