If Jodi was so miserable, why didn't she just move along? This is just stupid. This expert sounded somewhat credible in the beginning. The more she talks the more bias shows. The time warp where she is lost in the 70's (I think I hear on eight track playing) and she just drones on and on making up this world and how she imagines how Jodi felt and perceived it. Blech!

She is. In her mind, this trial eternally ties her to Travis.

She had a five-month, long-distance "thing" with Travis. In my book, that's nothing special. In her mind, now with their names being so closely tied together in this trial--even if 90% of what is said by the defense is fantasy--she seems to buy into the defense strategy that they had a real "relationship." And hers will be the last woman's name ever associated with Travis--this makes her happy.

In the interrogation videos JA makes it a point to tell where her journals are. Even that they were in the safe. Does anyone else get the feeling that JA may have done some rewriting, revising and removal during that month + between the murder and the arrest? Most definitely her journal after the murder was written as a way to show she had nothing to do with his murder, she wrote with LE in mind, knowing they would be interested in her journal. She lied all the way through. But she had plenty of time to make changes to her other journals, too, not to mention the fact that she lied in those, too. I think she thought she would be famous some day and she wanted to present herself in a good light.

That's the mitigation specialist. (At least I think that's what she's called.) I guess she's the person who tries to convince the jury not to give Jodi the death penalty if she's found guilty. I could be wrong. She's the same lady who used to joke and laugh with Willmot when they used to sit together.
