Uh....Travis and Jodi had a really good time on the trip that Jodi stated Travis abused her by pulling up a few feet when she was trying to get inside the car?

  • #1,622
so thats why alyce believes jodi's lies, because she tends to lie too?

  • #1,623
Wilmott seriously could not lead this witness any better if she had a leash on her!!

ETA - but a muzzle would be nice. :)

  • #1,624
Alyce, not everyone reacts the same way to everything.

  • #1,625
this is so painful to listen to

I kinda miss Dick Samuels shouting "I beg your pardon, sir!"

I must be going mad...:banghead:

If Jodi was so miserable, why didn't she just move along? This is just stupid. This expert sounded somewhat credible in the beginning. The more she talks the more bias shows. The time warp where she is lost in the 70's (I think I hear on eight track playing) and she just drones on and on making up this world and how she imagines how Jodi felt and perceived it. Blech!

BBM

I am changing my avatar to slide back into the 70's. :floorlaugh:

The judge needs to tell the witness not to answer over the objection until she's ruled.

ALV knows perfectly well that she's not supposed to continue talking but does it anyway because she's seen JW do the same. Both women are disrespectful.

"Our minds don't tend to go where our minds have never been." - ALV

Oh gee whiz! My brain is SCRAMBLED! :banghead:

Right, so the killer says.

Oh yea, Deanna's crazy. Lets see
She is happily married with children, graduated from college, active in her faith. Oh myyyyy how crazy is that
And look at you Jodi, look where you are, you will be forever known as a sex crazed, ugly, nasty, filthy lying murderer.

And takes care of Napoleon.

Would somebody please let me know what the laughter was about? I'm at work and can only follow here at the moment.

  • #1,634
Alyce, you are parroting lies. TA didn't abuse her.

  • #1,635
Well Jodi it's your lie, you can tell it anyway you want!!!!!!!!

  • #1,636
She said jodi and Travis would go on a trip and bond. I guess she missed Johns testimony. He did not want to be alone with her. Wilmer must think the jury had amnesia.

  • #1,637
I missed that but I did see a look in her, like .... "LOL, I can't believe she fell for that BS!"

But I don't believe the jury is as out of tune as this lady.

JMHO of course!
fran

I so hope you are correct. I really want to give the jurors the benefit of all doubt. But after OJ and CA, I have lost a great deal of faith in our judicial system.

That said, as infuriating as ALV and her testimony is to me, I can only hope and pray that the majority of the jurors are responding like I am...I am hoping they are recalling Lisa's testimony where the email discussed was put to rest. I hope Chris and/or Skye Hughes emails can be put to rest as well..and that Chris and Skye's eventual and current disdain for this killer also becomes quite apparent to the jurors.

I wish I knew when Juan was going to get his chance to cross ALV. I'd turn this dribble off in an instant if I only knew.

Hearsay!!

Maybe someone else took it down for him. LOL Go, computer wizards, go!

Maybe it was Anonymous (I'm kidding--as if they would bother with that joker)

Travis pushed her, but Jodi fell to her knees. I usually fall backwards when pushed.

Oh dear Abby, we have to hear about Travis making fun of her brother's name story AGAIN!
