Many restaurants have a TV in the bar area which is visible when you are sitting at a table eating. And it doesn't mean she saw it directly. Someone else may have seen it and mentioned it to her. jmo

Could that information come in the trial? I assume that JM has read the entire journal and knows about that entry. Why didn't he bring that up when he was questioning her? Was it not allowed?

Does anyone besides me wonder if these journal entries were written AFTER she murdered Travis? As was mentioned previously, How realistic is it that the waitress was giving money to a PPL employee who supposedly was doing well for himself? Much of this stuff flies in the face of the facts and reality we already know.

The clincher for me was when JA asked Det. Flores if they had found her journals....she clearly wanted those journals found. I also think the plan to kill TA was in the works much longer than I originally thought. Maybe not in it's final draft, but the concept was out there, flying around in her head for longer than I ever thought...

And what is all this nonsense in the last entry about "family"? She definitely didn't want to spend time with hers and hadn't introduced TA to them -- more evidence that these absurd entries were written to order.

JA Diary . . . I'm trying very hard not to blame . . . if TA had not borrowed all my $ I would be in San Diego . . . . I bought tickets to PPL event . . . .he drained bank account and charged me $96 he won't pay . . . . he said he wants to buy a gun and put it to his head . . .she feels same way . .. she soothed him . . . soothed away his worries . . she lended another $80 and he doesn't want to step foot into that bank again today.

Not watching HLN but are you paraphrasing that JA wrote that Travis wanted to buy a gun? When did she write this? I thought she said he had that gun for as long as she was "cleaning" his house?

And isn't this the second reference to Travis and a gun pointed at his head? Chilling considering what eventually happened to him.
