I dunno, but I have a really strong gut feeling that some of those journal entries were somehow entered after the fact. I remember her saying that she reviewed her journals while in prison ... and I think I remember that there were blank pages left between some journal entries in case she wanted to add more stuff.

Am I a little crazy, or do you any of you think this was possible ... I mean she did steal pens in jail etc. and I'm thinking that she may have had access to "fudging" some of the entries or adding to them. Waddya think?

I think what you are saying is 100% possible and in my opinion.. LIKELY!!! She is the type of crazy that would leave blank places in journals to fib in them later! I swear! Especially since she has gotten pens! And where did she get these pens from?? Oh yeah, her defense team.

Sorry if this has been answered, but can the parents' interrogation tapes be used in court? HLN just showed one of JA's mom and the mom says JA has a warped view of her childhood. That JA thought her parents were always snooping through her stuff. Sure doesn't sound like she was really abused in childhood.

I'm sure JA was VERY paranoid. It seems like she always suspected someone of something. Is that a tendency of psychopaths or sociopaths? I wonder what other disorders she has.

i don't believe her diaries. the way she says travis speaks to her, i mean no offense to travis, but when they had the 'phone sex' tape, he wasn't exactly treating her like a precious gem. she was the one that said in the tub he made her feel like a goddess, i think she embellishes all this stuff in her diary to make it sound like it's fairy tale. either for herself or for others who read it. fantasy world.

Maybe you have to live it to understand... my parents were not perfect but they were good parents and did everything right but my brother was never willing to conform to the rules of life. I'll never forget the words our pastor spoke to my mom the morning my brother was arrested for murder... he's not in jail because he did what you taught him to do, he's in jail because he did what you taught him not to do... a parent can only do so much.

IMO those notes were creative writing. They just do not sound like a factual account of her life, more designed for someone else (LE) to read...
