Where are you reading these? Websleuthers have been pretty fair in this arena I mean, I've seen some joking about IBS, her testimony, her antics, but very little about her age or looks. We had a few off-color remarks in the very beginning (read: before and first day of testimony), but have been quite pc since.

Perhaps I jumped in too soon and you're actually just coming here to rant about another site?

I have seen it on here as recently as yesterday. The comments have been removed by mods so that may be why you have not seen many.

Well, get ready to laugh, but my husband keeps a journal and he's done this for at least 20 years. He writes things like, changed furnace filters, dinner at Outback, painted back bedroom. No "dear diary" stuff. He says it's to help him keep track of things. I make fun of him, and always call it his diary. He isn't amused.

I don't think you should joke about it . If that is what he needs to keep his head straight then he should. I think people should do whatever they feel they need to so long as it doesn't hurt someone else. I would encourage him if it was my husband.

In the tapes released today, JA's mom mentioned turning her in when she was in the 8th grade for growing pot with a friend. Didn't hear anything about rooftop...yet.

ALV also rewrote the entire story of JA walking in on TA's 'mastubatory event' today. Weird thing was I rewatched JA's entire cross on that topic last night and today it was retold by ALV and it was an entirely new story. She repeated today JA caught him looking at photos on his computer and also threw in a tidbit about TA borrowing money from JA that day. On cross JA stated she was at work and came over to help him put away xmas decorations but didn't know what time. She stated TA was desperate to speak to her and yet there were no calls from him. She sends TA a text that day asking if he had made the deposit, he says yes and she answers thanks so much, I'll make it worth your while or something like that. No evidence that JA had been asked or did loan TA money, that's for sure.

The defense just has to throw the 'mastubatory event' story in every chance they get. To me it makes them look ridiculous because that is so far from what real pedophiles do it's not even funny. Sears catalog photo!! Unreal....

No, today ALV cleaned up some of that with JW.

ALV said that she had misspoken about the computer and that JA had told her that it was a paper picture of a naked little boy IIRC, (not a little boy in underwear, as JA fabricated it on cross). ALV blamed her error on an invalid assumption she made due to "young people" using computers these days. ALV had already told the jury that she doesn't "speak email."

HOWEVER, it might still be a problem for her, depending upon how she described it to JM in her interview. She might have been more adamant than she is now. Now she is downplaying it, and saying it was her mistake. I will be curious to see if that is how it really happened.

And it was so ridiculous for ALV to give her expert opinion about DV victims not getting medical help to protect their abusers. OBVIOUSLY, if Jodi had 2 black eyes and bruises around her neck, she would have a hard time explaining that to the emergency room docs. But a simple broken finger? She couldn't think up a believable excuse for that?

Yes. There are many....search plagiarism checker or essay checker. Tried (copied & pasted her poem into) a couple I'm familiar with; unfortunately, they work only on prose.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's like nails on a chalkboard. She needs to wipe the smile off her face and realize someone was brutally murdered and that's why she is there.
