Tawndilly did a mash up of all the programs that featured the interview so there's quite a bit repeated. And some JA too.

I find her mom's body language odd. Her dad is very open and trying to help. Her mom I'm not so sure about. It's guarded.

Favourite comment from her mom - JA said she had gas receipts and everything to prove she wasn't in Arizona!!

Ok, crap like that - telling her mom "but I have gas reciepts to prove I wasn't there!" and telling Flores "how could a neighbour have seen me there? My hair was a different colour and I had a different car!" Is so freaking relevant to the case, I don't understand why it's not allowed in. Meanwhile Travis calling her a is allowed to speak to her self defense claim? What the bleep?!

Sorry if this has been asked, but does anyone think the fact that the booting of juror #5, who was known to submit many questions, has intimidated remaining jurors into not submitting questions? Or are they simply going to ignore ALV and, hence, do not NEED to ask any questions?

Did anyone notice JA,s reaction when ALV was telling the antidote about the abuser who was caught abusing his partner's cat? She (JA) was sobbing! Perfect reason to bring in the the tape where she is admitting to kicking (killing) their family's dog.

If ALV hasn't been watching this trial, how did she know to change her testimony about Jodi saying Travis was looking at actual pictures instead of saying they were on the computer???? Her generation would have thought "actual" pictures first if Jodi said he was looking at them on his bed and not thought "computer" pictures. With this type of a revelation Ms. LV, as an expert, would NOT have gotten that detail wrong.

And to show again how clever and resourceful he could be, he found an old Florida law on the books that said someone on trial in a judge's presence can be considered to have gotten married if the two exchange vows in said courtroom. Bundy announced to the Florida Court that he had just gotten married under Statute.

Later it is alleged that he sired a child with that woman--while on death row.

IIRC it's true that psycopathy cannot be cured, however, there are various symptoms associated with it that can be controlled, i.e., mania, psychoses, etc. That said, one can only blame the parents for so long. At some point the individual grows up and then it's the individual who is to blame for not seeking help themself. In JA's case she had to have known something is "off" with her, her behaviour in general and those friends of hers who were calling her mother told her she needed some help. She ignored it all. I have no sympathy for JA whatsoever and she deserves her fate.

I would think that if Juan cannot cross her, then her testimony would be thrown out.....is a mistrial really this easy to come by??

I would think the defense team told her to change the story. When asked about it yesterday she said she had misspoken. Funny that is the same word Samuels used several times when he was floundering on the stand.

JA was examined by Demartino I believe. Is this the story she told her..that he was looking at images on her computer? I remember Juan bringing her name up and Wilmont did too. I think the defense is trying to discredit what Demartino was told.
