I watch some of ALV yesterday and honestly she seemed just fine. I think it is another ploy to buy time, that is why I am wondering how there can be a mistrial if she does not come back???
After all this time and $$$$$ there just can't be!!!!!:furious:

It would definitely suck..

The only discussion allowed regarding books written by ALV should be about content only and how it pertains to this case.

Anyone even suggesting an organized effort to leave bad reviews or ruin this woman's business will suffer a loss of posting privileges, if not their Websleuths membership.

We're better than this folks, so do not go there. If you've made posts even responding to this sort of an effort, please go back and delete your posts.

All the jurors have an idea one way or the other after 3 months. I think the jurors did not want to be held responsible for not reporting in the event it did get out.

I am hoping that is the case. That they are leaning towards guilty of first degree regardless of LWOP/DP and are trying to stay within the confines of instructions from the Judge.

It feels like that would be a very good thing instead of a very bad thing. Honestly, like another posted several threads ago, I think Katiecool, its better to get all the stuff out of the way now so there is no basis for appeal later. That would be worse IMHO.

2 reasons why I think Wilmcott and ALV lied about the illness in order just to prepare more for new round of questions. I think we may be in for another long day of BS.

1-Right before Wilmcott asked for a sidebar, she asked ALV a question and ALV was not prepared for the new line of questioning. Wilmcott had to bring over a folder to her and point out what she was talking about. ALV did not know where Wilmcott was heading with her next line of questions.

2-ALV seemed perfectly fine all morning and smiling, giggling and even lightly laughing at times along with Wilmcott giggling too. ALV did not look sick at all. (their giggling is sickening. Nothing funny about their client murdering Travis)

There's so much from the interrogation tapes of JA and family that seem so relevant to the case, but aren't allowed in.

Jodi tells us she moved back to Yreka to distance herself, her mom tells police she had mental issues and they had to convince her to move back to be with family. Though I guess those mental issues were her obsession with Travis.

Her father saying how she had changed in the last year-year and a half before the murder. She would call being friendly, then 10 minutes later in a rage. Rage is a strong word. It isn't just anger. It is uncontrollable.

How are her actions immediately before and after the murder considered not relevant. Blows my mind. There's so much there that fills in gaps and helps paint the picture.

From what I understand, the reason the tapes are not allowed in is because Jodi's parents are alive and available to testify directly, so if this info is important to the prosecution, Martinez is able to call them to testify about these issues directly. And, if they do not testify the same way that they did during Flores' interviews, then Martinez is then allowed to use these tapes as rebuttal against them, to impeach them. I heard this from some of the TH on HLN and it makes sense enough to me to seem fair. Just because we think this is important, Martinez may not think he needs any of this to prove his case. She stabbed Travis 28 times, slit his throat and shot him in the head. She brought the gun, she traveled there in stealth. She admits killing him. How much more does Martinez need to prove?

:seeya: Good Morning Y'All !

Hypothetical:

This is what I would do IF I were the judge and ALV is UNable to testify today -- LOL !

I would tell everyone tuff toodies because there was NO "domestic violence" in their relationship ...

The Jury's BORED ... and I'm BORED ... This is a WASTE ... a HUGE WASTE ! Irrelevant to Travis' murder !

Time to move on !

Defense, Do you have any more witnesses? No? Good.

Oh, one more thing : IF you don't like it, take it to the appellate court !

NEXT !

Now seriously, this is a total waste of time ...

Shes a mold from the seventies. Tunnel vision. Thats why she was picked her.

I agree. And the first stalking laws did not go into effect until 1990 I believe, so if she hasn't updated her education to include all forms of domestic violence, she would be way behind the curve when it came to stalking/obsessive behavior.

Things have changed a great deal since late 70's early 80's. It isn't only women who have felt abuse by a partner or someone perceiving they should be a partner...hence stalking.

The words from her Da's interview that stuck out to me like a huge neon sign were when Da says "she was going to marry the guy". That keeps buzzing through my mind and really, at least in my view, totally supports the terrorist stalker theory that ALV wants to avoid speaking of.

In JA's dad's interview, she said she was going to file for bankruptcy. Not really a surprise!

The clips I viewed did not include the bolded information... Do you have links to these videos? Much appreciated if you could link the information as I would like to view... :seeya:

Thanks guys!!

I don't have the link, but someone posted on another site the content below. Hopefully someone will have the actual link if there is more to the statement.

In the past few days I have been a part of discussion and interest in the murder trial case of Jodi Arias. For the past three months I have been fulfilling my duty as one of the jurors in the case of Jodi Arias. Jodi Arias’ attorneys have filed a motion asking for a mistrial or that Juror 5 is removed from the jury, which led to my removal.

As a juror that has been removed from the jury, I would like to remind everyone that the murder trial case of Jodi Arias is still going on and that the time and money being invested in this trial are more relevant and important than my removal from the jury.

Until the verdict in murder trial case of Jodi Arias is reached I will not make any statements or give any interviews regarding my removal from the jury. I believe that the attention should be focused on the actual trial. I would ask from everyone to please respect my privacy and the privacy of my family.

AVL said JA showed no signs of jealousy. Juan smiled according to a poster. Juan is within eye contact of AVL. After the smile it seems AVL got ill. Hmm

I would have to agree, I consider myself to be living in a cave but she seems very behind the times.

JA also tells Flores when he asks about her car, that it was returned to the bank. (And yet we're to believe she's lending the rising star of PPL money)

I believe he also stated that things were going really well between the two of them. And that is not the truth either from neither the DT or PT.

Did anyone else think that JM was the one who really did seem to be battling some sort of illness yesterday? He was very quiet and the few times I saw the camera on him while he was seated at his table I thought he looked like I feel when I have the achey flu.
