I'm a little behind (listening to NG now), but I'm listening with the idea of her writings being after she murdered Travis. With this in mind, I'm am now convinced she wrote many of these entries post murder and before her claim of self-defense.

The entries sound like she is trying to set the scene of his being killed by someone else; like the many comments about cheating with other females, while she isn't jealous (but he is); the "something off about him" comment" (while she is "Christ-like"); his "borrowing money" (read: he's broke, owes $$ to others?); among many other diary entries.

It's as if she is setting the scene to show his character attracting others who may want him dead; but not her, he does nothing to make her want him dead. She is "Christ-like" and could forgive many, or all, of his ills; but, others may not be so "Christ-like".

Yep, she wrote it with a ninja blind-fold!

:seeya: Christ-like lol!

I'm wondering if she was setting it up to make it look like he committed suicide? Her writing how he was living in such distress, borrowing money and him wanting to 'get a gun and hold it to his head'.

She was setting up evidence for the reasons he would have done this. Naked pictures of them that she puts on his camera, the sex tape she's already made and her writings in her journal, especially the writings in May 2008.. making him look like he just couldn't live with his guilt anymore. (who doesn't burn their journal after this? Especially when she says she's just waiting to be arrested?)

When he didn't die from the gunshot, she had to get the knife from her purse. Her premeditated plan in making it look like he shot himself in the shower didn't work.. She had to delete the pics of her that she put on his camera.. ?

There's so much we haven't seen yet.. but I'm leaning towards her killing him and making it look like he did it himself.

Go to the Uninterrupted Video thread. I've posted the link and the transcript there.

I cannot find an uninterrupted video thread. All I can find are uninterrupted police interrogation videos. Can you help me? I have been looking a couple days. Surely I am not that blind. Thank you!!:seeya::please:

I have a question maybe someone can help me out with. I was born and raised in Detroit, and neither myself or any of my friends kept a journal or diary.
I remember KC kept one and there was speculation she "admitted" to killing Caylee, when she made the entry about (paraphrasing) This is the happiest I've been, I hope I made the right decision. I trust my judgement, yada yada
Is this something y'all do also? or do you think most narcissistic, sociopathic people tend to keep journals?

Seems reasonable. They are the most interesting people they know, and since only what happens to them is important, it's sort of like creating and reading all the news that's fit to print at the same time.

I think ALV may have suffered from an attack of IBS brought on by that little slip regarding testimony. I think she may have to put on some Depends before JM begins his cross-examination which is sure to bring on more IBS attacks.

Well peeps, I have to get on with real life and head out the door.

Just marking my spot so I can start where I left off! Hope there is court today as I am off Monday and would have the opportunity to HOPE that JM gets to start cross at least in the afternoon.

Thanks for all the commentaries along the way...it sure helps when I am listening to the videos in the evening!

Thanks Kelly:seeya:

Juror No. 5 -- What a class act!

I agree. But I wouldn't be a bit surprised if her words and actions had been carefully cautioned and compelled by one very concerned prosecuting attorney.

I watched those minutes again, and just to be fair, she looked uncomfortable right before the break. If it is IBS, you can be fine one moment and the next moment be standing there wishing the ground would open and swallow you whole. I used to have it, really don't anymore, but if I still did, you couldn't pay me enough to sit on a witness seat "just in case".

IMO I took that uncomfortableness from AVL as her not being comfortable about the new questions that Wilmcott just threw at her. I think AVL was beginning to squirm because she had no idea what Wilmcott was beginning to ask about.

Just the way I took it. After Wilmcott had to bring up the new notes and point to some # for her.

It may be a ploy, I just don't know. What I suspect is this may well be totally on Ms. LaViolette. One thing I have noticed is she does not look at the jury as often or as long as she did when she began. I saw a post, maybe KCL, where the jurors don't seem to be engaged with her, looking away, writting, spinning pens on pads and so on. Based on the objections JM has made, they are not lost on this woman (nor the jury). The objections are timely and strongly suggest the liar is the source of the hearsey and the witness is lacking in reality.

She has been semi grilled before by JM - this is the whole boiled frog and he is going to go after it with anger after all the things she has accused Travis of based on the lies of a murderess and her own refusal to be objective. They are up to March - the time is coming and she is going to have to face JM. JMO she is definitely going to lose that battle.

Obviously ALV never spoke with Jodi's parents. It appears that was what JM was alluding to when he asked RS if he had ever spoken to the parents. Those interviews with Flores would have had to have influenced their decision to testify had either ALV or RS interviewed them or heard these tapes.

It's possible ALV's slip yesterday about changing her claim that Jodi saw pictures on Travis' computer to actual pictures because of Jodi's testimony.....then she corrected it to conversation could have made her quite ill. It appears ALV may have watched some of Jodi's testimony which she was not suppose to do. So it was not so much that she was lying about it, but that she slipped up and got caught. JM would not something like that slip by.

I hate insomnia.

Well, if I thought a grizzly bear might show up at my bedroom window unexpectedly I'd probably have trouble sleeping too. :what:

I thought experts were allowed to watch? :waitasec:

So Jodi wonders if Travis is going to get a gun, but he comes back with a splint for her finger?

How absurd is that? In that scenario, how would Travis even know she needed one? And why would he happen to have one lying around?

And this splint does not HELP her finger? It just remains crooked as hell?

ALV says Jodi didn't get help for it because she'd have to tell on her partner? I hope the jury remembers that Jodi lies to benefit herself. So why couldn't she lie to a doctor if she would lie to the police?

It's a stumper, ain't it.

JA also tells Flores when he asks about her car, that it was returned to the bank. (And yet we're to believe she's lending the rising star of PPL money)

I have never, and will never buy, the story she was loaning Travis money. JMO, any money she gave to Travis was done because it was owed. Another thing I noticed in Da's interview, he said she was working at a completely different restaurant after she returned than the one she claims she was working at before June 4th 2008. Something like the "burger club" I believe he said. JA is IMO, one of those people who works at restaurants because the job can be blown off and replaced easily and she practised this work style throughout. Everytime there was a trip made, I suspect a new job was obtained afterwords.

But the grizzly bear is a proven cure for insomnia and every other problem one has. :)

All the jurors have an idea one way or the other after 3 months. I think the jurors did not want to be held responsible for not reporting in the event it did get out.

I wonder if she made a comment to the judge and attorneys when they were interviewing all the jurors individually about possibly seeing JM having his photo taken. Something along the lines of wishing it would speed up or even asking how much longer the trial would be. The DT had a whole weekend to absorb her comment and then arrived Monday prepared to deal with any juror that wasn't enthralled listening to their experts interpret JA's precious journals endlessly. My guess it was something very innocent and had nothing to do with other jurors.

I cant say that I blame her. After hearing all the testimonies over the past few months, I know I would be surfing the web like a MO FO researching this case.

Just think, now she can read here and see all the things that arent being let into evidence.
