Checking in for the first time today. Juror #5 is there in the courtroom? And that's ok?! First, I would run as fast and as far as I could from that courthouse, singing, "I'm free! I'm free!" Second, if her presence was so upsetting to the defense when she was on the jury, wouldn't it also be offensive when she is off the jury?

Interesting. She must not have a full time job, and my guess is that she must be planning a book.

JW's exasperating laugh after the Judge sustains an objection is her way of saying it's ridiculous without saying it. I hope the jury is annoyed by her demeanor as well.

Maybe it will occur to the Judge to threaten her with contempt of court- she is acting contemptuously, that's for sure...

Why is it that the defense can bring someone to the stand and what appears to be questioning for DAYS! I would have thought that there would be a line as to the length you could question someone. At this rate, it will never end! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Looks like a mood shift. All smiles and snarky looks this morning and now the murderer has on the crabby psycho face. I wonder if knowing Juror #5 is in the court room again has caused the change. Interesting.

Oh, #5 being there is so the reason!! #5 has so totally undermined Jodi by being there! And Jodi HATES it! She got her kicked off as a little example to the rest of the jurors to show them who is in control!!!


And it backfired BIG TIME! Jodi has NO CONTROL of #5 anymore...table has flipped!! Oh GLORIOUS DAY!!!

Why is judge allowing ALV to speak for Jodi and rehash all her testimony and trash Travis. I don't respect the judge at all.

Mr. Martinez, all that ALV has said today applies to Jodi, not Travis. That is how I am hearing what she is "not" saying..nd I believe the jury agrees with me.

I would bring MM and DB in on rebuttal and tear them up for the lying weenies they are.
