Jodi loses consciousness more often than people on soap operas (and they lose consciousness VERY easily).

Did you hear ALV talking about 'character assassination' this morning Gitana?
I think she deserves all she gets from Juan.
I wonder when JA REALLY wrote her phony journals?
When he gets aggressive is when the witness is arrogant and combative and yeah that pisses him off. She was acting just like Samuels and JA and would not answer a simple question.
She could have cut a lot of this out.........by just answering the damn simple question he asked.:banghead:
This has probably been asked and answered a zillion times, but the search function isn't returning anything for me...
When the prosecution and defense goes up to a sidebar, it seems they pass a little item on the Judge's desk, in between themselves - a brown bar, or something? Is that what they use to 'take turns' speaking up at the sidebar?
Thanks in advance.
I agree - and they keep doing it - but what is the statistical probability of an expert becoming ill during their testimony, the defendant claiming she's too ill to participate in her own defense, another expert 'forgetting' their notes, a juror being excused, and multiple motions for mistrial, prosecutorial misconduct, sequestration which always seem to leave Juan with less than 20 minutes to cross examine on the last day of the week?
It couldn't possibly be a concerted effort, I'm sure.![]()
This young woman's emotional IQ appears very low .... like preadolesence.
ITA gitana1, imo that is why Juan brought up her pay. I think the jury did find her sincere in her opinions and Juan wanted to rein it in to remind jury she is still just a paid expert who is subject to bias. She is not someone who "knows" JA.
Wow, wow, wow! I was having dinner with my grandma and got on the live stream on my phone just after JM started so I missed some of it. HLN is supposed to be playing it and they did up until JVM. Now that NG is on, we've gone back to direct.
Ugh!!! Why? I just want to see more of JUAN!!!
For anyone else who missed cross.... it is up! Starts at about 33:00

EXACTLY. Her dad shoves her, she loses consciousness. Her Vampire chasing boyfriend chokes her out, she loses consciousness. And then her Mormon boyfriend does the same thing and once again, she loses consciousness.
Hmmmm..........:waitasec:
Exactly. The questions he asked her were not ones where she had to read anything.
She was very defiant, arrogant and combative.
I don't know what it is about the defense experts but they just cant answer a simple question without it being a big deal and wanting to spar with the Prosecutor.
IMO
my 5 year old granddaughter can draw a better snow white. Someone should let Disney know that Arias is ripping off a copyrighted image. But then it is not good enough to really look like Disney's...well..any character.
I do agree to most of your post but don't agree that he has been aggressive primarily to women. He was seething when crossing Samuels and rightly so and when questioning Gus. He was very nice to Lisa Anderson which also was a defense witness. Cross examination is suppose to be heated anyway.
Of course he was aggressive at times with JA and any Prosecutor would have been. It has to be hard to listen to lie after lie for days on end. And then having to sit there and listen to ALV for days on end making JA into the victim and Travis the perp would be hard on any Prosecutor knowing that it all is a bunch of concocted bs.
IMO
I missed this mornings testimony, so I started watching the defense's motion to sequester jury.
:what:
Nurmi: "It is a fairy tale"
I see the day started out and ended with a fairy tale!!
