I have been out awhile but listening to testimony on my iPhone. Does anyone know if jury has submitted any questions today?

Is it just me or does it seem that ALV would testify that Jodi was abused even if she had witnessed Jodi slaughtering Travis? That is the way she comes across to me.

While it's EASY for all of us to sit here and come to the conclusion that AV is NOT testifying to the TRUTH and that she has NO clue what she is talking about and contradicting herself, the REAL question is "Is the Jury buying this?" Is the Jury SO burnt out at this point with this Witness that they are't paying enough attention to all of these minute details, are they catching all the contradictions in AL's testimony? Are they reading into this as much as WE ARE? I am worried that this Cross is expecting too much out of the Jury as far as reading between the lines and coming to the conclusion that we are all because we have access to much more of the trial than the Jurors do. I hope you all understand what I am trying to say....I am just worried that Mr. Martinez is isn't coming across well to the JURY.

By the time we're 28 years old, we don't just start lying to the degree Jodi did. Sure, we might lie to our significant others about our weight, age and other small fibs but we don't typically start entrapping people (Travis) by lying just out of the blue. Jodi showed lying skills that would make any harden criminal cringe.

The word that Juan needs to throw out (if allowed is) "manipulator" instead of liar.

I'm starting to think ALV really DIDN'T have the full scoop of Jodi's background and was instead...spoon fed information on purpose.

The DT might've wanted to bias her so her impressions came off strong.... and perhaps they weren't so worried about the re-direct seeing she's a tough opinionated broad and not too likely to waiver much?
I'm almost feeling badly for her unlike Samuels who was clearly just a creep.

If Jodi doesn't lie, why did she tell the man at Budget that she was going to drive the car locally? I think she lied about the break-in at her grandparents's house. I know she lied about the $30. What would ALV say about her taking Travis's phone when he was asleep or taking a shower and then pretending she was Travis and sending a text?

I consider hacking into emails/text messages/bank accounts, LYING! Anything that is deceptive to me is a LIE! But hey, those are just my beliefs and the ones I have instilled in my children.
