a neutral/ethical witness can be opened minded....and could see that if items were "cherry picked" for them to review, then that would make their conclusion biased. but because she knows she is being biased, she cannot even concede to JM that it makes a difference. AND even when she was presented with info (stalker info) she over looked it as being irrelevant? it makes her a fraud and it makes the DT unethical (and that is why there has been so much written about their slimy ways ~ this noted for whoever asked why the DT has been shown as unsavory on these boards). i hope the jury sees right thru their one sided witnesses!

Today, Martinez, in regards to the restaurant incidents he stated something about Mesa being pretty big, etc. However, I thought previously regarding the reason that Jodi went outside of Mesa to rent a car he hinted that was Mesa was fairly small and too many would people would recognize her. Wasn't that going outside Yreka, CA (a very small place) and driving nearly 100 miles to Redding, CA to rent a car the point he made? I don't recall a Mesa car rental reference. Can anyone elaborate?

Is it just me or does it seem that ALV would testify that Jodi was abused even if she had witnessed Jodi slaughtering Travis? That is the way she comes across to me.

Juan was referencing Phoenix metro as a whole, which is a HUGE metropolitan area.

The rental car comment I believe was in reference to Yreka, CA - Jodi's hometown.

It was Yreka that he said was small and too many people would recognize her. That's why she went to Redding to rent the car.

He is referring to Mesa AZ. Jodi rented the car in California. The town she was from, Yreka, is a small town.
