I missed knowing how JM was aware of ALV's apology to JA. How did he know that ALV apologized?

"I don't think that I did" (apologize to previous clients). OK, then.

I agree! All Martinez is showing is that he knows nothing about establishing rapport for the purposes of evaluation.

For goodness, sake, Flores tried to establish rapport with Jodi!

Edited to add: I'm sure Martinez' own expert tried to establish rapport with Jodi for the purpose of evaluation.

But Detective Flores did NOT bring her gifts. He DID NOT APOLOGIZE to this monster. JMO of course.

My hubby has been watching the trial all day with me on HLN and he made this profound statement:

"Watching the trial on HLN is like sitting down to dinner, starving, and given one French Fry at a time".

lol

I agree with your hubby 100%., I'm hungry.....

How boring is being in a casket? But no sympathy, no apology and no respect for Travis

  • #1,388
That joke failed on her part. I guess she forgot the no laughing memo.

Jodi made her bed, now she will have to lie in it!

he can move on from this...
badgering the witness...
i think his not yeling is getting across a lot better than yelling..

  • #1,391
Did she really just say AGAIN that jail is boring???

Yes! Samuels Redux ... Metal bars make Jodi feel isolated... Jail is not fun... I feed my unicorns Fruity Pebbles... oh wait.. where was I ...

  • #1,392
So the TWO actual MURDER cases she testified in court to, were in the late 80's...? Is that right?

  • #1,393
How many more minutes do we have left?

  • #1,394
Unbelievable. Who gives a carp if jail is boring?! People in jail are there for a reason. Usually because they did something bad. In this case something heinous.

Who cares if JA is bored?! GMAFB!

It's so sad that Jodi was bored after being locked up for slaughtering an innocent person.

Juan needs to move on

The Alyce today on the stand isn't the same Alyce of last week, with Juan.

I think her little jokes, laughing and condescending attitude are going to come across badly with the jury. She is so defensive and it seems that proving Juan wrong is the most important thing to her. If I were a juror, I would completely disregard everything she has said.

Well, she sure didn't reduce her fee in this case - being that Arizona taxpayers' deep pockets are paying for this testimony.

He should have asked her that. Perfect opportunity. jmo

OK move along.. got the point.. she apologized. Next bombshell moment...

we tend to get stuck in the in the mud...

I find it hard to believe this woman could have respect for someone who brutally murdered someone.

But maybe that's just me?
