I think she was convincing him she had a new love interest in Utah, and she was moving on and was over him. So he might have let his guard down. Sadly enough.

Totally agree with you! Sex was Jodi' s means of control. I don't think Travis truly realized just how dangerous she was, think about it. How many men are conditioned by society at large to see women as the "weaker" sex. I don't think many men think women are capable of such vicious violence. Sex or no sex, Travis did not deserve to die!

I love how the HLN TH's like to belittle Juan, and say he makes mountains out of molehills,
and fights over meaningless details, like the keynote speaker/CV issue. But I strongly disagree.

ALV submitted that document to the court for THIS CASE. And it was a bit of a misrepresentation. She stretched the truth a bit. I have done the same on job resumes. But NOT anything that would have been submitted to a Capital Murder case.

He was diligent, imo, to point out her pattern of spinning the truth to suit her. JMO

There's the Son Of Sam law passed back in the 70's in NY. It blocks a convicted person from telling or selling their story for profit. I'm not sure if AZ has such a law?

Yes!...Mike Brooks just did the reenactment of dropping the camera and he came up with the same conclusion I did a couple weeks ago...the camera would not bounce and roll away. When you open doors to all the other contacts and texts that travis had with friends you open the door to STALKING. you open the door to his FEAR (we have also heard this on hln interviews). Open the door and Juan is going to walk thru it and thank GOD for that. how could ne not walk thru that door? As Juan and Flores have constantly and consistently stated THEY ARE THE VOICE FOR TRAVIS.

so all this crap with arias sneaking looks over her shoulder at the gallery and the trying to smile at the entire jury panel: come on give it up: just let them do their jobs and maybe someday soon we can all voice just exactly what we feel about what you did to Travis Alexander.

YES, the fear and the stalking were brought in today. When ALV opened that door I was cheering for the prosecution. Their hands were tied until she brought it up, but now it's been nicely laid out for them. By a defense witness.
