I didn't watch the entire trial, but ALV said today that Amy "told her" that she made copies of said Manifesto. That struck me because I thought the only person ALV interviewed was JA.....When did ALV have this conversation with "Amy"? (Yes, I'm behind and trying to catch up - I just had the greatest Fish-Fry you could imagine.....)

They went back to the crime scene and tested out the ORIGINAL shelf. Nurmi thinks otherwise but I'm sure Juan has proof that it is the original shelf.

I have a format for writing a manifesto, so I decided to write what I think JA's might say.

WHAT I BELIEVE

2. I believe when a woman gets angry she has the right to slaughter the offender.

For anyone who wants to follow in my footsteps remember these things. If I had known them years ago, things would be different for me today.

Immerse yourself in the laws of attraction. They will come in handy when you want to talk someone to death. Find a religion that you can use to manipulate a man. You will be surprised at what a man will put up with if you threaten to expose him to his church elders. Remember it is always better to mooch off of others, than to make an honest living yourself. You will enjoy life so much more if you are using your time to stalk, harass and invade the privacy of those in your life. Blackmail is the best tool out there use it and use it often.

Tomorrow I would like to hear more stories about the stalking by you know who. I heard on the tv she used the doggie door to commit invasion of privacy. And too, would you read the manifesto that was written by you know when she was in her home jail.

Also, is it possible that you could be nicer to Ms. Wilmott so she does not get the crazy eyes too much tomorrow. I am worried that her mental is not doing so good. If her mental breaks down then I am so afraid that Mr. Nurmi will have make another file for the mis-trial. I read earlier the witches too, in Salem, tried to get a mis-trial but Nurmi did not get the papers to the court-house in time. Please do not let that happen.

I love how the HLN TH's like to belittle Juan, and say he makes mountains out of molehills,
and fights over meaningless details, like the keynote speaker/CV issue. But I strongly disagree.

ALV submitted that document to the court for THIS CASE. And it was a bit of a misrepresentation. She stretched the truth a bit. I have done the same on job resumes. But NOT anything that would have been submitted to a Capital Murder case.

He was diligent, imo, to point out her pattern of spinning the truth to suit her. JMO

With all due respect, IMO, it was a lie. Period.

We both see photos. They are both naked. They are never seen naked at the same time. Yet, just because you see naked photos, you assume that sex was involved. I don't. I am an ex-investigator/LE and that is not the way you look at cases. You don't take the evidence and try to get it to fit your opinion/idea. You take the evidence at face value and build from there.

I can't leap from seeing two naked people to the fact that they had sex.

As I said previously, it doesn't really matter. It just bothers me when people take evidence and twist it into their version of the story. That's all. Carry on.

I am not an ex-investigator/LE, and when I see two naked people, in a bedroom, on a bed, with KY jelly, and one of those naked people is taking close-up pornographic pictures of the other, I "leap" to the conclusion that they were having sex of one kind or another. No "twisting" required!

Jail is BORING? Heya *******, Travis Alexander is DEAD. The most excellent insensitivity ever.

Right up there with her contention that he was the perpetrator. Using that word to describe a victim left to decompose in a shower, flush with 29 stab wounds, a near decapitation and a gun shot to the head.

Whatever fallout she has from colluding with the DT is richly deserved.

A very significant development today was the motion to deny the admittance of the closet evidence. If this testimony and pictures gets in then it is over for Ms. Arias. She can't claim self defense if she doesn't get a gun from the closet and she can't get the gun if the shelf can't bear her weight. So what are the chances it come in?

It's in. The defense decided to argue that she didn't bring the gun, so they had her go for "Travis' gun" in the closet, after she was attacked. That's their argument. Too bad for them that Juan noticed the shelves only rest on pins and that over 40 lbs breaks them. It's all the defense's fault, actually.

Did you notice how many times Juan asked Jodi about jumping onto those shelves to get the gun? He asked over and over and over--the defense didn't even have a clue what he was doing. IMOO

Maybe that's why she had 2 weapons. Her weapon of choice for Travis was the knife. The gun was a backup in case one of the roommates arrived home. :what:

IMO, it was premeditated...Hence, her original story about two people (ninjas). She planned this so that the authorities would think that there must have been two people who committed the murder. She shot him after she slit his throat. Does the State of Arizona allow 20 years in the electric chair?
