This is becoming funny.
The "huge number of people" who think that Jodi took those pictures herself must also think that Jodi would do just about anything to get herself in prison.
Oh, now that's not entirely true. Some of us do have doubts about those pictures. It's reasonable to say that it's not earth-shatteringly important, but it's a fair point of debate (right, Softail?

)
There are ways she could have taken pics, some folks have come up with some pretty interesting theories about how and why. Frankly, she's a tad on the whackadoodle side (a real psych term, I looked it up

), so I'm not sure we can expect to much logical thinking or planning in every aspect of the crime. I mean, wandering off and expecting everyone to sort of accept whatever story you decided to lay on them didn't make a lot of sense, but she did it.
Maybe she was just nutty enough to really want to hurt Travis' family and friends by assassinating his character. And she went to great lengths to do that that day by trying to hack into his computer, load up some kiddie

, and make sure that pics of her were on his camera because -- well, because she's in love with herself and can't stop making herself the star of her show even when it's going to get her hung. I invite you to consider her behavior on the witness stand, and her glaring and spooky stares lately in court. She can't turn it off to save her life, literally.
So, I'm not saying that they
didn't have sex that day, but I get Norest4thewicked's point -- there isn't
proof of it, certainly not that's acceptable in court. Both parties have essentially stipulated to the fact and consider that it happened. We can continue to argue merrily about it here until St. Swithen's day, because it's genuinely fascinating to try and figure out what was in this person's mind that day.
If you figure it out, don't tell me. I would like to keep that out of my active memory. But let's keep the debates rolling! You all are great.
