The neck wound and the fact that she came equipped for murder is enough to get her murder one, the rest of the testimony is context. And so far, the longer it goes on the context that becomes most apparent is the obsession of the accused.
I agree PLUS the jurors must wonder why she didn't run out of the house screaming for help after (1-stabbing him in the chest watching him suffer, 2)shooting him, 3) watching him crawl down the hallway begging for his life, 4) the minute she saw him weak from her attack.....
JA made him suffer and stabbed him so many times to really make him feel the pain that she suffered after he found her out and rejected her.
