The neck wound and the fact that she came equipped for murder is enough to get her murder one, the rest of the testimony is context. And so far, the longer it goes on the context that becomes most apparent is the obsession of the accused.

I agree PLUS the jurors must wonder why she didn't run out of the house screaming for help after (1-stabbing him in the chest watching him suffer, 2)shooting him, 3) watching him crawl down the hallway begging for his life, 4) the minute she saw him weak from her attack.....

JA made him suffer and stabbed him so many times to really make him feel the pain that she suffered after he found her out and rejected her.

I just hope that Travis Alexander is at peace, now. Those moments of having a knife shoved into his body 29 times, having his throat slashed - not being able to breath, and, struggling for air.

If a soldier butchered an enemy in the manner that Arias butchered Travis Alexander, the soldier would be in trouble with the US Military. Known enemies cannot be slaughtered by soldiers the way that Arias slaughtered Travis Alexander.

During those dark minutes when Travis Alexander was being butchered by Arias - I have always felt as though Travis Alexander had some type of "angel" with him - some force that was so strong that pictures showing Arias murdering Travis Alexander were taken. "Something" was there that made certain that Arias would be shown to be the cold blooded murderer that she is.

The above may sound strange - I apologize as I do not wish to offend anyone. My first thought, however, after hearing that images of Arias were recovered - was that something out of this world was there to make sure Arias was seen murdering Travis Alexander (and to make sure that Arias would pay for Travis Alexander's brutal death - for taking a life with so much potential - for making Travis Alexander last moments on earth scary, hellish, and dark.

I think this lady was very defensive to the point that she lost any credibility she may have had. But she doesn't need to fudge her CV. She is very well known and has given lectures and been a speaker at scores of events over the years.

She will probably be doing her lectures for "Free" in the future IMO. What is a CV, anyway? Bwahhhhhh !!!

I really don't understand this judge. She never intercedes. How many times did JM have to remind the judge to reprimand the witness. ALV was all over the place and the judge just sat there until JM pointed out what she was doing. It is like JM is the prosecutor and the judge. She rarely says no to an approach no matter how silly. It's almost as if she's in another world where she just sits back and allows the defense, prosecution, witnesses and defendant run the show while she observes from a distance.

The judge admonished the witness at least 7 times today. Juan asked for the witness to be admonished and the judge did admonish her. If the prosecutor doesn't ask, there is nothing a judge can do.

Did anyone else hear that the DT is trying to preclude evidence regarding the weight limit of the shelves in anticipation of it coming up in the rebuttal? Is there any way JM could find out the exact make/model of the shelves? I was thinking that they must still be in the home and, in that case, they could be used as evidence.

It's unethical and likely obstruction of justice, a crime. But, although it did look like she was signalling, my feeling is it may be a bit subconscious.

They had naked pictures. That is all. There is no proof of any sex. :twocents: Naked does not equal sex. As a matter of fact, It could be said that they took naked pictures, and she was pissed off that they did not result in sex. Again, no proof of sex.

THere are six more photos and they are of them having sex. Det. Flores has mentioned this. They aren't exhibits in court because they're likely too pornographic and BOTH sides agree there was sex that day, and both sides agree that the naked photos are sufficient to show they had sex.

I just don't get why some people are so adverse to the idea they had sex that day. Sex was te only reason Travis was still seeing her at all despite her creating so much problems and stalking him. The idea that she spent all those hours at his house that day, that there are naked pictures of them from that day and naked pictures of him in the shower that day and the didn't have sex when that was the only reason Travis was seeing her at that point at all is just silly.
