This is my first post but been lurking since the Westerfield trial. Picturing June 4 in my mind I was concentrating on how Jodi got into Travis's house. They had a phone conversation right before she left on June 2. Looking back at the text he sent her about betraying him. I wonder if she told him about the phone sex recording AND the letters that she had (created herself). That would account for the blowup text message. On June 2 she talked to Travis and begged for forgiveness and told him she would bring the letters (promising not to copy them) so he could destroy them. She wanted to be friends. She did bring the originals and he ripped them up throwing them in the trash(did any roommate notice a empty trash container) Travis being a bit naive and a heathy 30 yr old fell the the seductress once again and she wanted one last time together, Jodie believing that reminding him of the great sex they had together he would take her to Cancun.

That's a very good theory. I would say she showed up uninvited and unannounced and gave Travis the explanation you've mentioned above.

No, that was JA's friend, Patty. KCL pointed Amy out one day in court. She
has long, dark hair. Her top was showing one whole shoulder. I believe she was chewing gum. She looked like a rough character to me. JMO

Sorry, I don't think that is who we are looking for. There is an AIMEE Lantz, she was some sort of a counselor for JA sister ?...she lives in Yreka or nearby. She has a Facebook page. She is a tallish blonde woman. I think this is who is making copies and such for JA. Earlier this morning I saw a post about someone who traced the JA money trails and she was brought up.

Good morning Shane13 and the rest of the "morning WSs"! Thank you so much for asking -- it's starting in the morning. Stalking cases are some of the hardest to prove and win because most of a stalker's activities are "legal" (e.g. driving down the road, parking outside a house, talking to friends/family about the victim). My defendant is a REAL scary guy -- previously convicted of rape and manslaughter (charged with murder), dozens of haraassing communications and domestic violence crimes. So I need lots of positive thoughts tomorrow from those of us (you WSs) who seek justice.

Bundy afterall is thought to have first killed what around age 14 or so, And even his aunt awoke once with a 3 year old Ted placing knives all around her.

I have no evidence to back this up other than what we all know about JA, but I believe she killed the family dog (that she claimed she kicked) that "ran away and never came back."
