I've read the new DT motions and have to ask. Do they have a stack of these in Nurmis brief case they can insert a date onto and submit at whim? Because that's what it looks like.
Other than the fact that JM is methodically making their prime witness look like a bumbling fool, what happened yesterday to prompt this motion?

Hmmmm. You have given me an idea. What if Jodi was faking each of these ladies' ID and chatting to Travis.......AND what if Juanyummy has proof that it was actually Jodi? Like maybe her ip address. I noticed how he was specific about stating the whole name of each lady. Thoughts?

I suspect they are real and we may see a couple on rebuttal. For example, he could bring one of them up and just ask a handful of questions like those below. I suspect all the rebuttal witnesses other than Demarte will just get a few questions.

"Did you ever feel victimized by him or vulnerable to him in any manner?"
"And did you know of the defendant, Jodi Arias?"
"Was it your understanding, whether it was actually the case or not, that she might be monitoring your exchanges with Mr Alexander?"

she wasn't hoodwinked. she's testified before. she agreed to support the defense theory as an expert. apparently a lot of other DV experts refused but not alyce. she agreed. i think she has participated in CRAFTING this DV 'excuse' too. i believe she very actively took part in it.

she's doing what she's being PAID to do. she will go down fighting for this 'theory', too, regardless of how ridiculous JM makes it sound. she will never agree with him but she'll leave the stand looking like what she is---another paid hack trying to excuse and defend the indefensible.

Unfortunately, the closer we get to the rebuttal stage, more motions for mistrial will be made. The DF team is nervous as to what JM will present during this stage. I am sure there are a few wowzers. Wilmont makes it clear with her facial expressions, her objections throwing all reasons in them... time, relevance, hearsay, speculation, foundation. She just wants one to fit... JA, Nurmi and MS staring into the jurors box. The delays are ridiculous but they just don't want to go there. Just my observations and JMO.

I think that if TA had killed JA ALV would be testifying for the prosecution. JMO
